Iranian House of the diverse landscapes are an important element in shaping the city's consideration. In general, private and social life is interconnected and they can not be separated and removed. Emphasis on residential environment instead of housing is also the reason why. Even the best home if the unfavorable environment in terms of physical, cultural, and social placed a value judgment changed. Serves many purposes such as security and privacy that a home can not be traced only at home.  The home study is required as part of a larger system. Family relationship with other community groups, such as relatives, neighbors and the community to meet the need for social relations. The "neighborhood" and then "neighborhood" that a physical realm - Social and Cultural Rights, to respond to this important need in the physical structure of cities has an important place. Many families than in residential neighborhoods, as they feel that their home and the neighborhood itself in the urban landscape (art visual and structural integrity up) and automatically see a familiar environment and to your neighborhood if in urban design terms because there is a sense of belonging. this paper, descriptive - analytical method, initially in the context of neighborhood and community as an important element in the social structure and reflect the city's physical environment.
