Non-governmental organizations or NGOs as NGO with different titles and similar features in almost all developed and less developed countries to reduce social problems and improve the quality of life in the local, national and international are active. The desire for social entrepreneurship and motivation that makes the act more entrepreneurial organization, where the organization is present, it will be a high performance organization. Transformational leadership change in the organization's founders. Thus creating innovation and entrepreneurial behavior within the organization and are naturally enhance the performance of organizations. Applied research is research, descriptive quantitative study population consisted of NGOs in the city of Kerman is accepted. The direct impact of social entrepreneurship on organizational performance has been investigated in this study. Social entrepreneurship is also an indirect effect on organizational performance through the mediating variable is evaluated transformational leadership. The statistical sample using random sampling of 285 employees were working in these organizations. And questionnaires to a random sampling, were distributed among them.Indicators and data analysis using structural equation modeling with AMOS and SPSS software approach was performed.Thus, it was found that social entrepreneurship is a positive and significant impact on organizational performance.According to the findings, the indirect impact of social entrepreneurship on performance through the mediating variable was significant transformational leadership. |
