Today the emergence of problems and environmental crises is a threat to the different aspects of social, cultural, economic and even physical aspects of human societies. the attention of many researchers has attracted as far as the design of environmental security and a systematic approach and system such as ecological approach to supply it especially in the city. because of the reciprocal relationship between city environment and city economy and the domination of capitalism and its destructive effects on natural resources, in addition to the plan of urban security and economic swing in the city to reduce the damages caused by environmental threats, it tries to explain the position of modern theory of Moghavemati economics to improve the urban ecological security. Because of Islamic origin, resistive economy theory, nature and environment are important in the theory of Moghavemati economics. In this paper, descriptive analytical method has been proposed to examine the principles set forth in proof of a Moghavemati economy by The Leadership which has a direct and indirect effect on environmental issues and the issue of ecological security. based on the results, the Moghavemati economics approach towards achieving ecological security in the city is located in two spheres of economic planning and cultural planning and the Moghavemati economy with strong wings , namely economic jihad, economic justice and strengthening of production, aims at providing , improving and promoting ecological security in the city.
