Today, with the growth of cars and the growth of intra-city travel, traffic management and management has become one of the most important requirements of urban management. Traffic is an unpleasant phenomenon that is the cause of growing urbanization and urbanization. On the other hand, the increasing growth of automobile production and the lack of necessary cameras in creating appropriate streets and roads have resulted in such results as Creating traffic congestion, reducing transportation efficiency, increasing travel time, pollution and excessive consumption of fossil fuels. To this end, the relevant experts are trying to efficiently plan, use existing capacities and increase system efficiency; reduce traffic in cities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of traffic reduction strategies in Tehran's 2nd district. The research is descriptive-analytic and the information is collected using the documentary and library method. The statistical population of this research includes experts Due to the impossibility of conducting research on the whole society, a multi-stage random sampling method has been used. And the data is analyzed using the Delphi method and the technique of multi-criteria decision-making methods of Tapsis. And the results indicate that education standards, awareness raising, strengthening legal tools and promoting the use of public transport By gaining points (0.735193), (0.688986), (066447) ، have ranked first, second, and third, respectively. |
