Influence of effective factors (Culture, Human resources) 0n performance of municipality personal of Ahvaz

The main purpose of this article is examining impact of effective factors, namely human resources and organizational culture on personnel performance. Statistical population of this study consist of 1500 Ahvaz municipality staffs (having bachelor of art degree or higher) that 305 Participant by using Karjesi and Morgan table, simple random sampling method have been used as sample. The present research method based on applied purpose and in terms of collecting data is a descriptive study and in respect of relationship between variables is a causal one and is based on constructional equations modeling. In this research, questionnaire is an instrument of collecting data. The used questionnaire in this study is: Organizational cultures: Denison 2000, Human Resources: Ango & et al 2008, Personnel performance: designing with idea of experts. The Validity of research instrument obtained with consulting with experts and reliability of questionnaire have obtained with help of Cronbach Alpha. In order to assessing research variables in addition to questionnaire and statistical analysis. We used SPPS, LISREL software. The results of questionnaire analysis have shown that human resources and organizational culture (their dimensions) have significance and positive influence on personal performance and therefore providing necessary training in order to conduct and apply performance management in an organization ,accepting continual improvement as a principle by managers and institutionalization of improvement in an organization and that managers should have more focus on development and training organizational culture values in change programs, improving and reconstructing organization has been suggested. |
