Today, with the development of information and communication technology, issues such as globalization, cultural interactions, interpersonal dialogue, cultural approaches and mass communication networks and media, cultural phenomena, and eclectic with Citizens live in cities especially in metropolitan areas. It is not clear how the expansion of these communication networks has its effects on the cultural structure of citizenship in terms of sociological foundations. The question is, is the relationship between the new media with more emphasis on the social dimensions of space, and the city and How does citizenship perceive the concept of urban public spaces and what kind of cognitive criteria in the framework of their virtual spaces have implied themselves to the so-called Lyotari? In this research, which uses the method of descriptive-analytical research and the method of logical reasoning, the above-mentioned issue is mentioned. The data collection tool was in line with library and documentary studies and the content analysis analysis of virtual social networks.
