Urbanization is a phenomenon that has had a decisive role in society since the beginning of the decade. Urbanization has a direct relationship with a particular system and system. Some of these relationships are the birth of the phenomenon of urbanization and the migration of people to cities or metropolises. Residents of the city who are citizens are eligible to or have a form of salary to facilitate city life. The sovereignty class, (municipality) is the guarantor of the implementation and enforcement of these rights. Citizens are also responsible for the government and the municipalities, and in order to consolidate the urban system, they must participate in all social relationships and understand the type of their participation. In addition, people should be aware of their citizenship rights. Commitments, citizenship rights recognize the factors that lead to the realization of citizenship rights and the implementation of justice among citizens. In this paper, the survey method used in the form of a questionnaire based on a questionnaire and a survey method, has tried to answer some questions about the relationship of society, its benefits and its framework with citizenship rights.
