Therefore, investigating and resolving this issue is essential and in this article we have tried to solve these problems. In this article, contact the service quality issue as a problem of linear programming model.   And then to solve the problem of bee colony meta-heuristic algorithm is used.  And finally the result of the proposed method is expressed.
