Explore the relationships between human resources strategic planning and future potential opportunities for increased efficiency provides both areas. This study aims to provide a model for future human resource strategy planning grant in government agencies and meta-synthesis method using the Shannon entropy is done. Thus the scope of Article 314 futures human resources and strategic planning, assessment and content analysis to extract dimensions and their respective codes and the priority of each Shannon entropy was determined using quantitative methods. Based on the findings of six and seventeen step-by-step fellowship for future strategic planning of human resources in government agencies was presented. It was also found that the correct understanding, explaining, explicating the goals to top management, operations managers and users in order to enlist their support among the 110 most important factor code is detected. By identification of each of the stages and steps as well as the relevant codes and consequently the future strategic human resource planning models fellowship in government agencies, map methodological model was introduced. And a range of methods for each step was found to meet today's changing environment of uncertainty and organizations. |
