Tourism as a commercial activity, and the role of great importance in the economic development of countries, especially developing countries; Several factors such as amenities, facilities, communications, transportation, historical attractions, tours, technical information, and so on tourism activities involved; This indicates that this sector has a close relationship with the country's other economic sectors and intensity of foreign affairs and international relations is affected. On the one hand the development of tourism on national income, foreign exchange, employment and other macroeconomic indicators also impressive. In this paper, view of the economic importance of tourism, to review the status of these activities will be discussed in the national economy. The performance of the tourism sector through their effect on macroeconomic variables during the Third Development Plan will be discussed. Then, a glimpse into the policies of tourism in the Fourth Development Plan and the continuing development of the sector during the review program; At the end of the summary, the position of the sector in the country's economic development will be discussed. Also, the relationship between tourism and economic stability of cities studied and solutions will be mentioned in this connection. |
