other تأثیر مشارکت ذی‌نفعان بر پایداری پروژه‌های ساختمانی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">باتوجه‌به اهمیت روزافزون پایداری در صنعت ساختمان، نقش ذی‌نفعان در تحقق اهداف پایداری بیش‌ازپیش موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. مشارکت مؤثر ذی‌نفعان می‌تواند نقش کلیدی در بهبود عملکرد پایداری پروژه‌های ساختمانی ایفا کند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر فرایند مشارکت ذی‌نفعان بر پایداری پروژه‌های ساختمانی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌، در دسته پیمایشی - همبستگی بود. براین‌اساس، پس از بررسی مبانی نظری و پیشینه تحقیق در حوزه مشارکت ذی‌نفعان و پایداری، عوامل کلیدی شناسایی و در قالب یک مدل مفهومی تعریف شدند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، پروژه‌های مسکونی منطقه دو شهر تهران بوده است که داده‌های موردنیاز از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و پرسش‌نامه گردآوری شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش، از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری در نسخه سوم نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی ال اس استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که فرایند مشارکت ذی‌نفعان، شامل تجزیه‌وتحلیل ذی‌نفعان، ارتباطات، مدیریت تعامل ذی‌نفعان، و اندازه‌گیری عملکرد آن‌ها، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر پایداری پروژه‌های ساختمانی دارند.</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="tab-stops:390.5pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Given the increasing importance of sustainability in the bulding industry, the role of stakeholders in achieving sustainability goals has received more attention than ever before. Effective stakeholder engagment can play a key role in improving the sustainability performance of bulding projects. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of the stakeholder engagment process on the sustainability of bulding projects. This study was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its data collection method, it was in the survey-correlation category. Accordingly, after reviewing the theoretical foundations and research background in the field of stakeholder engagment and sustainability, key factors were identified and defined in the form of a conceptual model. The statistical population of this study was residential projects in District 2 of Tehran, and the required data was collected through library studies and questionnaires. Structural equation modeling in the third version of SmartPLS software was used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The results of the study show that the stakeholder engagement process, including stakeholder analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and performance evaluation, has a positive and significant impact on the sustainability of construction projects.
