other بررسی و تحلیل نقش شهرهای میانی منطقه کلان‌شهری تهران در اسکان جمعیت تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">طی چندین دهه نرخ رشد شهرنشینی در شهرهای واقع در منطقه کلان‌شهر تهران از نرخ رشد جمعیت کلان‌شهر تهران بیشتر بوده و به نظر می‌رسد الگوی سیاست‌گذاری در شهرهای میانی متفاوت است براین‌اساس ضمن مفهوم‌شناسی نظام اسکان جمعیت، شهرمیانی و واکاوی متون نظری و تجربی سایر کشورهای جهان، نسبت به شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مؤثر بر سیاست‌گذاری شهرهای میانی اقدام شده است. براین‌اساس با استفاده از روش‌شناسی کیفی و مطالعات اسنادی نسبت به شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های مؤثر بر موضوع پژوهش و سپس با استفاده از الگوهای کمی شامل آزمون فریدمن برای شناسایی اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌ها، تحلیل رگرسیون برای شناسایی متغیرهای مؤثر و نحوه تأثیر آنها و خوشه‌بندی برای تبیین نظام سلسله‌مراتب شهری اقدام شده و سیاست‌گذاری متناسب آن برای شهرهای میانی منطقه کلان‌شهر تهران پیشنهاد شده است. بر اساس آزمون فریدمن سرانه حمل‌ونقل عمومی و تراکم مسکن به‌عنوان بالاترین رتبه و فاصله از شهر مادر و هزینه سفر به‌عنوان با کمترین رتبه، طبقه‌بندی‌شده است. در تحلیل رگرسیون نسبت به استخراج و معرفی شاخص‌های مؤثر بر اسکان جمعیت در شهرهای میانی منطقه کلان‌شهر تهران اقدام شده و در تحلیل خوشه‌بندی در قالب ۴ گروه از شهرها، طبقه‌بندی و راهکارهای متناسب با هریک، پیشنهاد شده است.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;Over several decades, the growth rate of urbanization in the cities located in Tehran metropolitan area has been higher than the population growth rate of Tehran metropolis, and it seems that the pattern of policymaking in the medium size cities is different, in addition to the conceptualization of the population settlement system, medium size city, and the analysis of other theoretical and empirical texts. In the world, the components and indicators affecting the policy making of the cities were identified, qualitative methodology and documentary studies to identify the components and indicators that are effective on the research subject, and then using quantitative models including the Friedman test to identify the prioritization of indicators, regression analysis to identify the effective variables and the way of impact. They and clustering have been done to explain the urban hierarchy system and appropriate policies have been proposed for the medium size cities of Tehran metropolitan area .</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">According to the per capita Friedman test, public transportation and housing density are classified as the highest rank, distance from the mother city, and travel cost as the lowest rank.
