other اثر نقش حکمرانی در تعیین کیفیت زندگی ساکنین شهرهای هوشمند (مطالعه موردی:ساکنین منطقه شهرداری مهرشهر استان البرز) The effect of governance in determining the quality of life of smart city residents Case study: Residents of Mehrshahr Alborz Municiality تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر نقش حکمرانی در کیفیت زندگی ساکنین شهرهای هوشمند، مورد مطالعاتی ساکنین منطقه شهرداری شهر مهرشهر استان البرز با ارائه و ارزیابی یک مدل مفهومی میباشد. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف جز تحقیقات کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی میباشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری جامعه آماری متشکل شده از تمامی ساکنین منطقه شهرداری مهرشهر کرج میباشد در این برهه زمانی جمعیت این منطقه 247000 نفر در سال 1400بوده  است .و اطلاعات بدست آمده از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری گردیده است، که به تعداد 384 عدد توزیع گردیده که 358 مورد از آن قابل قبول بوده‌‌اند. شامل6 متغیر و 24 گویه میباشد، پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ و روایی با استفاده از روایی محتوا تائید شده است. از روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی از نوع گلوله برفی استفاده شده است،  روش جمع آوری داده‌ها نیز از طریق روش میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای بوده است یافته‌ها: یافته ها حاکی از آن است که متغیرهای مسئولیت‌‌پذیری(0.82)، همکاری(0.61)، ارتباطات(0.60)، مشارکت(0.55) و شفافیت به ترتیب بر کیفیت زندگی تاثیرگذار هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بدست آمده نشان میدهد که ضریب مسیر بین تمامی متغیرها با کیفیت زندگی معنادار میباشد، به عبارتی تمامی شاخص‌ها بر کیفیت زندگی، تاثیرگذار میباشد و دیگر شاخص‌ها را میتوان شفافیت، همکاری، مشارکت، ارتباطات و مسئولیت پذیری و پاسخگویی را نام برد.   Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of governance on the quality of residents’ life in smart cities by presenting and evaluating a conceptual model and the case of study is the residents of Shahrdari zone, Mehrshahr, Alborz province. Methods: It is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive research in terms of nature. Analyzing the data has been done using the structural equations of the statistical population consisting of the residents of Shahrdari zone, Mehshahr, Karaj. At this time, the population of this area was 247000  in 1400. The data was collected through a questionnaire - 384 questionnaires were distributed- of which 358 were accepted. It contained 6 variables and 24 items. its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha and also its validity was confirmed using content validity .The nonprobability sampling method of snowball type has been used. The data collection method was also through field and library research. Results: The results show that the variables of responsibility and accountability (0.82), cooperation (0.61), communication (0.60), participation (0.55) and transparency respectively affect the quality of life. Conclusion: The results show that the path coefficient is significant with the quality of life among all other variables.
