other الگوی هوشمندسازی ساختمان‌های اداری مبتنی بر اکوسیستم اینترنت اشیا با رویکرد آمیخته The pattern of office buildings smartizing based on internet of things (IoT) ecosystem with mixed exploratory approach تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable هدف: شناسایی عوامل و شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار بر هوشمندسازی ساختمان‌های اداری مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیا به منظور ارائه الگوی پژوهش جهت مدیریت ارتباطات و انرژی می‌باشد. روش: برای استخراج متغیرهای اولیه از روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای استفاده کرده و سپس برای ارائه مدل کیفی از روش دلفی فازی  استفاده شد و برای اعتبار سنجی مدل کیفی ارائه شده، از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار SmartPls استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: شناسایی 7 عامل و 32 شاخص‌ تاثیر گذار بر هوشمندسازی ساختمان‌های اداری مبتنی بر اکوسیستم اینترنت اشیا، میزان تاثیر و الویت بندی عوامل و ارائه الگوی آن‌ها می‌باشد. نتیجه گیری: مشخص شد عوامل قانونی و دولتی، عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی بیشترین تاثیر و ایمنی و امنیت، ارتباطات بیشترین الویت را بر هوشمندسازی ساختمان‌های اداری مبتنی بر اکوسیستم اینترنت اشیا دارند و پیشنهاد شد در ساختمان‌های اداری جهت بالا بردن امنیت ساختمان، ایجاد نظارت و مدیریت ساختمان از راه دور زیرساخت‌های لازم جهت اتصال ساختمان به سازمان‌های انتظامی و شرکت‌های امنیتی و پرتال مرکزی ساختمان از طریق اینترنت ایجاد شود.   Objective: Identifying effective factors and indicators in the office buildings smartizing based on internet of things in order to provide a research model for communications and energy management. Method: To extract the initial variables, the library studies method was used and then the fuzzy Delphi method was used to present the qualitative model. To validate the proposed qualitative model, the confirmatory factor analysis method with structural equations and SmartPls software were used. Results: Identification of 7 factors and 32 influential indicators in the buildings Smartizing based on internet of things ecosystem is the extent of impact and prioritization of factors and provide a model for them.
