other تحلیل اثرات ایجاد مسیر پیاده مدار در شهر هوشمند با رویکرد آینده نگاری تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"><span style="color:black"><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">باتوجه به رشد روز افزون جمعیت و افزایش شهرنشینی و تمایل بشر به حضور در شهر ها، مشکلاتی در ارتباط با شرایط زیست در محیط شهری ایجاد شده است که برنامه ریزان شهری درصدد ارائه راهکار هایی برای بهبود شرایط زندگی شهری بودند و رویکردهایی همچون شهرهوشمند را معرفی کردند. پیاده مداری نیز از جمله اصولی است که میتوان در شهرهوشمند بکار گرفته شوند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی از نــوع کاربردی است که جمع آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از داده های کتابخانه‌ای، مقالات معتبر انجام شده است. در این پژوهش ابتدا با روش گولر شاخص های مورد نظر استخراج شد، سپس با شیوه دلفی، تعداد 10 نسخه پرسشنامه جهت تعیین امتیازات عوامل توسط کارشناسان تکمیل شده و با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل اثرات متقاطع به تحلیل مؤلفه های موثر در ارتباط با پیاده مداری در شهر هوشمند پرداخته است. تعداد 24 عامل نهایی شدند و در نهایت با جداول و نمودارهای مستخرج از این نرم افزار تحلیل عوامل انجام گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می دهد از میان شاخص ها و عواملی که مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند، میزان استفاده از وسایل حمل و نقل غیر موتوری، مسیر مجزا پیاده و دوچرخه، تنوع وسایل حمل و نقل، فرهنگ سازی استفاده از امکانات هوشمند، میزان پراکنده رویی، زیرساخت پیاده و دوچرخه، تراکم و تنوع محیطی، پاکیزگی و کیفیت محیطی، مبلمان شهری مطلوب حائز اهمیت ویژه ای هستند که باید در روند برنامه ریزی های شهرهوشمند و مسیر های پیاده مدار به آنها توجه ویژه ای کرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Due to the growing population and increasing urbanization and human desire to be in cities, problems have been created about living conditions in the urban environment that urban planners sought to provide solutions to improve urban living conditions and introduce approaches such as smart cities.
