fa واکاوی قابلیت‌های مسکن انعطاف‌پذیر در برنامه‌ریزی مجتمع‌های مسکونی در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:4.75pt;">امروزه انعطاف پذیری از مهمترین ضرورتهای مورد نیاز در طراحی معماری و شهر است که نمونه های بی بدیل آن نیز در عالم هستی و طبیعت آفریده پروردگار در راستای بیشترین سازگاری با قوانین معماری لازم بنظر می&shy;رسد. در این راستا، در این پژوهش مفهوم انعطاف پذیری و قوانین حاکم بر آن مورد تبیین و پیمایش قرار گرفته و اصول حاکم بر آن در معماری و مسکن انطاف پذیر مورد بازبینی قرار گرفته است. همچنین اساس این تحقیق پرداختن به چالشهای برنامه&shy;ریزی مسکن انعطاف&shy;پذیر در شهرسازی و معماری است. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق آن به صورت کیفی است. جمع آوری اطلاعات مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی، مرور متون، منابع و تجارب و تحلیل آنها بوده و برای تبیین موضوع از روش استدلال منطقی بهره گیری شده است. در پایان نیز به ارائه راهبردهای طراحی انعطاف پذیر پرداخته شده و نکاتی نغز در این رابطه مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است.</p> <p>Flexibility is one of the most important necessities required in architectural design and city whose unique examples are located in the universe and the nature of the creation of god in order to be compatible with the laws of architecture. In this regard, the concept of flexibility and the rules governing it has been studied and the principles governing it in architecture have been reviewed. The aim of this study is to address the challenges of flexible housing planning in urban and architecture. This research is practical and its method of study is qualitative.
