fa بررسی تحلیلی پیرامون بحران معماری و شهرسازی و پدیده شناسی گونه های خانه تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL">توسعه پایدار، معماری سبز، هویت اسلامی- ایرانی و معماری همسان با اقلیم ترکیب‌بندی جملاتی هستند که امروزه در هر شهری از ایران بر روی بیلبوردهای تبلیغاتی در مورد همایش‌ها و یا طراحی بافت و ساختمان خودنمایی می‌کنند. جالب این جاست که هر شهروندی بی دیدگاه مسلح به اندیشه و فلسفه معماری اوضاع نابسامان و آشفته ساختمان‌ها و نحوه ساخت آن‌ها را با پوست و گوشت خود درک می‌کند و شاید از خود بپرسد ریشه این تناقض‌ها در کجاست؟ چه اندیشه‌هایی پشت این بناها پنهان شده‌اند؟ آیا ادامه معماری گذشته و یا فرم‌های مدرن شده‌ی آن‌ها و روش آموزش‌های آکادمیک این شهرها را شکل داده‌اند؟ آیا معماران هنوز از ابزارهایی که شالوده‌ معماری هستند مانند: نور، صدا، دسترسی، جهت‌ها، حد و مرزها و غیره در طراحی فضا کمک می‌گیرند؟ محور اصلی این پژوهش به نحوه پیدایش و علل توسعه معماری بر اساس کمیت‌هایی مانند ابعاد و اندازه، مصالح صنعتی و به صورت کلی قالب شدن ریاضی و فیزیک در ساخت فضا، به جای استفاده از کیفیت‌هایی که رابطه‌ی فضا با تن، نحوه زندگی و فرهنگ‌های انسانی را ارج می‌نهد می‌پردازد. برای این مهم، اشاره‌ای به پیشرفت‌های علوم در قرن 17 و برتری اندیشه‌های دکارت در فضا خواهد شد و با نقد ذهنیت مهندسی به بحران علم اروپایی و چالش‌های پیش روی آن و همچنین یافتن راه حل‌هایی مانند پدیده‌شناسی نو برای رویارویی با این بحران پرداخته می‌شود. پیگیری این اندیشه‌ها و تاثیرات آن‌ها در ایران و نحوه مهندسی شدن معماری ایران، توضیحات و نمونه‌هایی آورده خواهد شد. در این تحقیق از روش‌های کیفی به منظور شناخت و تحلیل این تاثیرات با مقایسه عملکردهای مختلف ساختمان‌های مسکونی از دوره قاجار، پهلوی اول و در پهلوی دوم از مجتمع مسکونی نارمک به عنوان نماینده از معماری مهندسی استفاده خواهد شد تا روند این دگرگونی‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد.</p> <p>Sustainable development, green architecture, Islamic identity - Iran and architecture matched with the climate, the composition of sentences.
