fa آموزش و به کارگیری احکام فقهی؛ ایجاد انگیزش دینی برای تعامل مسئولانه و اخلاقی با محیط زیست Training and development of jurisprudence, motivate religious and moral responsible for interaction with the environment تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable انسانها برحسب&lrm; &lrm;شرایط&lrm; &lrm;اجتماعی&lrm; &lrm;و فرهنگی واکنش‌های مسئولانه یا غیرمسئولانه نسبت&lrm; &lrm;به&lrm; &lrm;محیط&lrm; &lrm;زیست ابراز کردهاند. فقه شیعه، به عنوان نهاد معنوی قدرتمند و الزامآور، محیط زیست را ابزاری برای انسان میداند و آن را دارای حق و حقوقی میداند که باید برآورده شود. مقالۀ پیش رو در پی پاسخ نظاممند به این پرسش است که ابزار مفهومی و عینی ما برای رویارویی و تعامل با محیط زیست کدام است؟ به نظر میرسد سیستم فقهی و اخلاقی شیعه واجد نظام حقوقی و اخلاق کاربردی استفاده از طبیعت است و مؤمنان با اندکی تأمل و ژرفنگری میتوانند با آموزش و به کارگیری چند قاعدۀ ساده و صریح و روشن، رویۀ مسئولانهتری در قبال حفظ و گسترش محیط زیست در پیش بگیرند؛ چه آن که انسانِ عامل به فقه، همانگونه که نمیتواند حق کسی را ضایع کند، هنگام مواجهه و بهرهوری از طبیعت نیز موظف است آن را مانند یک کلّ منسجم، هدفدار و دارای شخصیت و حقوق بداند و در ازای بهرهوری، حق نگهداری و توسعۀ آن را نیز به جای آورد و در غیر این صورت ضامن است و مرتکب عمل حرام شده است. این ساز و کارِ آموزشی - کاربردی به مدد چند دقت فقهی  در چارچوب دو قاعدۀ «لاضرر» و «اتلاف» صورت بندی شده و ارائه شده است.
