fa تحلیل میزان گرایش اقشار مختلف اجتماع به استفاده از سیستم حمل و نقل عمومی پس از اجرای طرح هدفمند شدن یارانه ها (مطال عه موردی: مناطق 22 گانه کلانشهر تهران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="justify">هدف از طرح هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها، تلاش برای کاهش مصرف انر‍ژی و بهبود شرایط توزیع درآمد در ایران است. در این مقاله سعی شده است عوامل موثر بر گرایش اقشار مختلف اجتماع به استفاده از سیستم حمل و نقل عمومی پس از اجرای طرح هدفمند شدن یارانه ها در مناطق 22 گانه کلانشهر تهران مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرارگیرد. هدف پژوهش «سنجش تاثیر متغیرهای تعیین کننده رفتار شهروندان همچون وضعیت اشتغال، جنسیت، سن و نوع وسیله نقلیه شخصی و پیش بینی تبعات اجرای طرح هدفمند شدن یارانه ها بر استفاده از حمل و نقل عمومی» می باشد. روش پژوهش «توصیفی، تحلیلی و پیمایشی» است که با تکمیل 400 پرسشنامه در 22 منطقه شهر تهران انجام شده است. برای تحلیل داده های حاصل از پرسشگری و سنجش تعامل متغیرهای مورد مطالعه، از آزمون‌های «ضریب فی و کرامر»، «ضریب تاوگودمن و کروسکال»، «ضریب لامبدا» و «کای اسکویر پیرسن» استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می دهد، بین میزان تحصیلات شهروندان و سطح آگاهی آنها از طرح هدفمند شدن یارانه‌ها، وضعیت اشتغال شهروندان و معیار «اثر اقتصادی» طرح هدفمند شدن یارانه‌ها، نوع وسیله مورد استفاده شهروندان و معیار «اثر ترافیکی» طرح هدفمندی یارانه‌ها، نوع وسیله نقلیه مورد استفاده شهروندان و معیار «اثر زیست محیطی» طرح هدفمندی یارانه‌ها ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. </p> <p align="justify">Aim to design targeted subsidies, trying to reduce energy consumption and improve income distribution situation in Iran. In this paper the factors affecting society different strata tend to use the public transport system after being targeted subsidy plan in 22 regions of Tehran metropolitan is analyzed. Research objective "impact assessment variables determine the behavior of citizens, such as employment status, gender, age and type of personal to vehicle use on public transport following the implementation of targeted subsidies. Methods of research "- descriptive and analytical survey that 400 completed questionnaires in the 22 regions of Tehran has been done. To analyze data obtained from the inquiry and assessment of the interaction of variables, test "Phi and Cramer s V coefficient", "goodman & kruskal Tau coefficient ", "Lambda coefficient" and "Pearson chi coefficient" is used.
