fa بررسی اصول و معیارهای پایداری در محلات مسکونی به منظور ایجاد ارتباط بین بافت قدیم و جدید شهر؛ نمونه موردی محلات فیض آباد و شهرک شهید نجفی کرمانشاه The principles and criteria of sustainability in residential neighborhoods in order to create a connection between the old and new city; Case Faizabad districts and towns shahid Najafi Kermanshah تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research پیش از صنعتیشدن، محلات شهری در طول دورههای زمانی، توان سازگاری با روند کند تغییرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی را داشته و ضمن حفظ ارزشهای طبیعی محیط و رفع نیازهای فردی و اجتماعی ساکنین خود، از پویایی و سرزندگی لازم نیز برخوردار بودند. بتدریج با تغییر روشهای معیشتی و پیامدهای ناشی ازآن و همچنین عدم حفظ تعادل متغیرهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیستمحیطی، موجب گسستن کالبدی و فرهنگی محلههاو در نتیجه عدم پاسخگویی به نیاز ساکنین و ناکارآمدی عملکردی محلات شهری شد. محلات‌ مسکونی‌ جدید، به‌ دلیل‌ فقدان‌ فضای‌ کافی‌ ناشی از افزایش قیمت‌ زمین‌ و تراکم ‌بیش‌ از حد جمعیت و تودههای ساختمانی، ساختمانهای فاقد فضای‌ باز و نور کافی‌ و فقدان مناظر زیبای طبیعت ‌ساخته شدهاند و این موضوع، عرصه‌ خصوصی‌ و عمومی‌ زندگی‌ در محلات‌ را با اشکال‌ مواجه‌ نمود. این پژوهش با بررسی اصول و معیارهای پایداری در محلات مسکونی به منظور ایجاد ارتباط بین بافت قدیم و جدید شهر به بررسی جداگانه دو محله در بافت قدیم و جدید پرداخته که از مجموع 96 امتیاز اصول طراحی مطلوب محله، محله فیض آباد 81 و شهرک شهید نجفی 70 امتیاز را به خود اختصاص داده اند که این حاکی از وضعیت مناسبتر اصول طراحی در قسمتهای قدیمی و تاریخی محله فیض آباد می باشد.که بر این اساس م&zwj;ی‌ت&zwj;واند تاکیدی‌ بر اصول و معیارهای مورد بررسی در این پژوهش باشد.
