fa طراحی مدل رفتار بوم- پیش کنش برای مدیران سازمانهای دولتی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">هدف این مقاله طراحی مدل بوم- پیش&shy;کنش برای مدیران سازمانهای دولتی ایران می باشد. رفتار بوم- پیش کنش به شناخت رفتارهای پیش کنش در محیط های حمایتی کمک می کند که در این مقاله این رفتار در سه سطح فردی، سازمانی، و محیطی همراه با مؤلفه ها و شاخصهای آن در نظر گرفته شده است. روش تحقیق برمبنای هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی، از نظر زمانی مقطعی و از نظر نوع داده کیفی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق مدیران و معاونان اداره های دولتی استان تهران به تعداد 720 نفر می باشد که از طریق فرمول کوکران 255 نفر بعنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 90 سؤال می باشد که روایی آن تأیید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ با میزان 924 /0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی) داده&shy;های تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد رفتار بوم پیش کنش در هر سه سطح مورد نظر همراه با مؤلفه ها و شاخصهای مورد بررسی مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است..</p> <p style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span><span lang="EN" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: &quot;Garamond&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN;">The purpose of this</span></span><span lang="EN" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: &quot;Garamond&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 13pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN;"> paper model design canvas - the action for public organizations of Iran.
