other تدوین الگوی مولفه های فردی-اجتماعی کیفیت زندگی در فضای عمومی شهری با رویکرد ارتقا شاخص های توسعه ی شهری Developing a Model of Individual-Social Components of Quality of Life in Urban Public Space with the Approach of Improving Urban Development Indicators (Case study: Tajrish Square, Tehran) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable کیفیت زندگی مفهومی چندبُعدی است که از برهم‌کنش شاخص‌های عینی "مانند زیرساخت، حمل‌ونقل و خدمات شهری" و شاخص‌های ذهنی "مانند رضایت، حس تعلق و ادراک امنیت" شکل گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بازشناسی و تبیین مؤلفه‌های کلیدی کیفیت زندگی در فضای عمومی شهری، با تمرکز بر میدان تجریش تهران انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و بر پایه مرور منابع، بازدید میدانی و پرسشنامه و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و اخذ نظر خبرگان (دلفی) برای استخراج و تدقیق شاخص‌ها استفاده گردید. در مرحله کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت تدوین و پس از پالایش داده‌ها، نتایج با استفاده از آزمون‌های پارامتریک یا ناپارامتریک، از آزمون کولموگروف–اسمیرنوف (K-S) برای رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌ها تحلیل شد. و نشان دهنده این امر بود که معیار تصمیم‌گیری در این آزمون سطح معناداری است. جامعه آماری انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان 15 نفر و بخش کمی با پرسشنامه 54 نفر است. در نهایت، با کنار هم گذاشتن این دو دسته یافته، الگوی نهایی مؤلفه‌های فردی–اجتماعی کیفیت زندگی در فضای عمومی میدان تجریش استخراج و پیشنهادهای کاربردی برای ارتقای شاخص‌های توسعه شهری ارائه شد که نشان می‌دهد از منظر استفاده‌کنندگان فضا، «دسترسی به حمل‌ونقل عمومی»، «حس تعلق به مکان»، «کیفیت محیطی فضای تجاری» و «ادراک امنیت اجتماعی» در میان شاخص‌های اثرگذار، رتبه بالاتری دارند. در نهایت، مدل مفهومی نهایی پژوهش چارچوبی تحلیلی برای سنجش و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی در فضاهای عمومی با کارکردهای فرامنطقه‌ای مشابه ارائه شد.   Quality of life is a multidimensional concept that is formed from the interaction of objective indicators "such as infrastructure, transportation and urban services" and subjective indicators "such as satisfaction, sense of belonging and perception of security". This research aims to identify and explain the key components of quality of life in urban public space, focusing on Tajrish Square, Tehran. <pre style="text-align:justify"> The present study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method based on review sources, field visits, semi-structured questionnaires, interviews, and expert opinion (Delphi) to extract and refine the indicators. In the quantitative phase, questionnaires were developed based on Likert and after refinement, the results were analyzed using linear or non-parametric tests, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) test to rank the indicators. This indicated that the quality of decision-making in this test was significant. The statistical population for interviews with experts was 15 people and the quantitative part with a questionnaire was 54 people. Finally, by combining these two sets of findings, the final model of the individual-social components of the quality of life in the public space of Tajrish Square was extracted and practical suggestions were presented for improving urban development indicators, which showed that from the perspective of space users, "access to public transportation", "sense of belonging to the place", "environmental quality of commercial space" and "perception of social security" have a higher rank among the influential indicators.
