other چالش‌های ترافیکی خودروهای خودران در ایران Traffic challenges of self-driving cars in Iran تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable زمینه و هدف: در سال‌های آینده شاهد تردد انواع خودروهای خودران در سطح جاده‌ها و خیابان‌ها خواهیم بود. ورود این خودروها به کشور چالش‌های ترافیکی خاصی را در پی خواهد داشت و بررسی این چالش‌ها می‌تواند تا حد بسیار زیادی از بروز حوادث جلوگیری کرده و نهایتاً ایمنی و سطح مدیریت ترافیک را در جاده‌ها و خیابان‌ها ارتقا دهد. از این رو این تحقیق با هدف بررسی چالش‌های ترافیکی خودروهای خودران در ایران انجام شده است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث زمان مقطعی و از منظر ماهیت داده‌ها یک پژوهش کیفی است که با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون و ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام شده است. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش، کارشناسان پلیس راهور، کارشناسان حوزه حمل و نقل و اساتید دانشگاهی حوزه مدیریت ترافیک به تعداد 13 نفر می‌باشند. مشارکت کنندگان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند و تعداد مصاحبه‌ها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه داشته است. یافته ها: یافته‌های تحقیق دربرگیرنده 241 تم پایه، 15 تم سازنده و 6 تم فراگیر می‌باشند. نقاط ضعف خودران‌ها، پذیرش مردمی خودران‌ها، خطرات سایبری، نقص قوانین، رخداد تصادفات، آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی، زیرساخت‌های مادی و ...، از تم‌های سازنده پژوهش می‌باشندکه در 6 تم فراگیر خود خودروی خودران، زیرساخت‌ها و آمادگی قبل از ورود خودران‌ها، آسیب‌های شبکه و سایبری، مرتبط با مردم، آسیب‌های مرتبط با تصادفات و نبود یا نقص قوانین و مقررات سازماندهی شده‌اند. نتایج تحقیق: مهم‌ترین چالش‌های عملکردی استفاده از خودروهای خودران در معابر و خیابان‌های شهری ایران، عدم درک صحیح خودروهای خودران از رفتار سایر کاربران راه، عدم عکس‌العمل مناسب خودرو در برابر تغییرات ناگهانی و نفوذ سایبری در هدایت خودروهای خودران می‌باشد. پیش از ورود فناوری خودروهای خودران به معابر و خیابان‌های شهری ایران، ضروری است با انجام اقداماتی در راستای اصلاح فرهنگ رانندگی و فرهنگ‌سازی کاهش تخلفات رانندگی، زمینه‌های لازم برای ورود این فناوری به شبکه ترافیک وسایل نقلیه در ایران ایجاد گردد.   Background and Objective: In the coming years, we will witness the traffic of various types of self-driving vehicles on roads and streets. The entry of these vehicles into the country will bring specific traffic challenges, and examining these challenges can prevent accidents to a great extent and ultimately improve safety and the level of traffic management on roads and streets. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the traffic challenges of self-driving vehicles in Iran. Method: The present study is a qualitative study in terms of its applied purpose, cross-sectional time, and data nature, which was conducted using the content analysis technique and semi-structured interview tool. The participants in this study are traffic police experts, transportation experts, and university professors in the field of traffic management, totaling 13 people. The participants were selected through purposive sampling, and the number of interviews continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Findings: The research findings include 241 basic themes, 15 constructive themes, and 6 overarching themes. Weaknesses of self-driving cars, public acceptance of self-driving cars, cyber risks, regulatory deficiencies, accidents, education and culture building, material infrastructure, etc., are among the constructive themes of the research, which are organized into 6 overarching themes: the self-driving car itself, infrastructure and preparation before the arrival of self-driving cars, network and cyber damages, related to people, damages related to accidents, and the absence or deficiency of laws and regulations. Results: The most important functional challenges of using self-driving cars on Iranian urban streets and passages are the lack of proper understanding of the behavior of other road users by self-driving cars, the lack of appropriate vehicle reaction to sudden changes, and cyber intrusion into the driving of self-driving cars.
