This study actually focuses on the role of urban management in the development of these areas. The research method follows the research method of content analysis and thematic analysis. For this purpose, by studying the theoretical foundations and research backgrounds as well as interviewing experts, four components of governance/management, physical/physical, social and financial/economic were selected from this concept and a model with 21 sub-themes and 44 items was presented.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Research findings: Research findings show that the governance/management component is more important than other components, and the physical, social, and financial/economic components are in the next ranks.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Conclusion: The newest ecosystem of the innovation ecosystem is the urban innovation districts. A phenomenon that has a very strong urban dimension and has attracted everyone&#39;s attention by using innovation in all urban dimensions and the innovation and technology ecosystem.
