other سناریوهای تامین مسکن مقرون به صرفه با تکیه بر الگوهای فرهنگی _ اجتماعی ایران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:114%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:114%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف ازاین مقاله تدوین سناریوهای تامین مسکن مقرون به صرفه با تکیه بر الگوهای فرهنگی- اجتماعی ایران بود. از آنجا که این پژوهش به صورت توسعه کاربردی است و ماهیت آن اکتشافی است می تواند به ارائه سیاست های کاربردی در زمینه تامین مسکن مقرون به صرفه سازگار با الگوهای فرهنگی </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:114%"><span arial="" style="font-family:">&ndash;</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:114%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> اجتماعی ایران کمک کند. این پژوهش با رویکرد ترکیبی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و مصاحبه با خبرگان به شناسایی متغیرهای کلیدی پرداخته شد و در بخش کمی با استفاده از پرسشنامه </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:114%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">CIB</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:114%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> نسبت به ساخت سناریو اقدام شد. در بخش کیفی جامعه آماری کلیه مقالات مرتبط و خبرگان مسلط بر این امر بودند و در بخش کمی نیز اساتید و خبرگان این حوزه درنظرگرفته شدند. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل مقالات مرتبط از حیث داده های ثانویه و تعداد خبرگان اشباع نظری در فرآیند نمونه گیری گلوله برفی ملاک عمل بود که با 5 نفر اتفاق افتاد. به منظور ارائه سناریو از روش ماتریس تحلیل اثرات متقابل استفاده شد و جمعاً 6 سناریو <a name="_Hlk193108136">با نام های مسکن هوشمند و مقرون به صرفه، مسکن پایدار و اجتماعی، مسکن با دسترسی آسان، مسکن چند منظوره محلی، مسکن ارزان و جذاب، مسکن فرهنگی و اجتماعی</a> به دست آمد. در انتها نیز راهکارهای پیشنهادی متناسب با سناریوها ارائه شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The aim of this article is to develop scenarios for affordable housing based on the cultural and social patterns of Iran. Since this research is applied development in nature and exploratory in its essence, it can contribute to the formulation of practical policies for affordable housing that align with the cultural and social patterns of Iran. This research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach. In the qualitative section, key variables were identified through a meta-synthesis method and interviews with experts, while in the quantitative section, scenarios were constructed using the CIB questionnaire. In the qualitative part, the statistical population included all related articles and experts in the field, while in the quantitative section, university professors and experts in this domain were considered. The qualitative sample consisted of related articles in terms of secondary data, and the number of experts was determined through theoretical saturation in a snowball sampling process, which included 5 individuals. To present the scenarios, the method of interaction effect matrix analysis was used, resulting in a total of 6 scenarios named Smart and Affordable Housing, Sustainable and Social Housing, Easily Accessible Housing, Local Multi-Purpose Housing, Affordable and Attractive Housing, and Cultural and Social Housing.
