other بررسی تطبیقی سلایق امروزی مخاطبین و الگوی نماسازی درگذشته (نمونه موردی: نماهای مسکونی محله باغ فیض در شهر تهران) Comparative Study of Today’s Audience Tastes and Past Facade Patterns (Case Study: Residential Facades of Bagh-e-Fayz Neighborhood in Tehran) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable نما، اولین سطوح تشکیل‌دهنده‌ی بدنه‌ها است که تأثیر بسیار زیادی بر ذهن و ادراک افراد میگذارد، بنابراین این پژوهش سعی دارد به بررسی تطبیقی سلایق امروزی مخاطبین و الگوی نماسازی درگذشته نماهای مسکونی شهر تهران بپردازد. از حیث هدف، کاربردی، از نوع کیفی و پژوهش تفسیری است که سعی دارد به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که در ضمن توجه به سلایق امروزی مخاطبین و الگوی نماسازی درگذشته، به زعم تلاش برای حفظ همبستگی میان امروز و دیروز، چگونه نماهای ساختمان را با معنای مسکن طراحی شوند؟ برای پی بردن به تجربیات و معلومات مخاطبان، از میان 1500 نمونه عکس گردآوری شده، 15 تصویر متنوع و با گرایش‌های سبکی گوناگون از نمای امروزی ساختمان‌ها را انتخاب شد. بر پایه‌ی اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده، به بررسی نمای ساختمان‌های مسکونی دوره‌ی پهلوی شهر تهران که به‌صورت گزینشی از طریق مشاهده‌ی مستقیم انتخاب‌شده‌اند، پرداخته شد. سپس با بررسی رویه‌های مسکن معاصر شهر تهران و با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به جمع‌آوری نظرات مخاطبین (کاربران و مالکان) پرداخته شد. در این روش از مصاحبه‌های باز و عمیق با جامعه‌ی آماری 27 نفری استفاده گردید. نتایج حاکی از آن است که نماهای معاصر در محله باغ فیض، نیاز به صرف هزینه و زمان زیادی نبوده و از نظر اقتصادی مقرون‌به‌صرفه است. در نماهای سنتی، ارتباط میان درون و بیرون؛ تنوع حجمی نشات گرفته از درون، غلبه‌ی ساختار افقی در طرح، استفاده از مصالح و رنگ‌هایی وجود داشته که موجب افزایش حس تعلق به محیط میشده است. تعریف ورودی‌های خانه‌های سنتی، از تزئینات ایرانی استفاده و به افزایش ارتباط درون با طبیعت توجه ویژه‌ای میشده است. در طرح نماهای معاصر بنا در محله باغ فیض التقاطی از معماری غربی و ایرانی بودند، اما نماهایی بیشتر اولویت داشتند که از عناصر معماری سنتی الگوگیری شده بودند.   Facades are the first surfaces that form bodies and have a great impact on people’s minds and perceptions. Therefore, this research attempts to conduct a comparative study of today’s audience tastes and past facade patterns of residential facades in Tehran. In terms of purpose, it is an applied, qualitative, and interpretive research that attempts to answer the question of how to design building facades with the meaning of housing while paying attention to today’s audience tastes and past facade patterns, in an effort to maintain the coherence between today and yesterday. To understand the experiences and information of the audience, 15 diverse images with different stylistic tendencies of the modern facades of buildings were selected from 1,500 collected photo samples. Based on the information obtained, the facades of residential buildings from the Pahlavi period in Tehran, which were selectively selected through direct observation, were examined. Then, by examining contemporary housing practices in Tehran and using a descriptive-analytical method, the opinions of the audience (users and owners) were collected. In this method, open and in-depth interviews with a statistical population of 27 people were used. The results indicate that contemporary facades in the Bagh-e-Fayz neighborhood do not require much cost and time and are economically viable. In traditional facades, there was a connection between the inside and the outside; volumetric diversity originating from the inside, the dominance of horizontal structure in the design, and the use of materials and colors that increased the sense of belonging to the environment. The definition of the entrances of traditional houses used Iranian decorations and special attention was paid to increasing the connection between the interior and nature.
