other بررسی ارتباط شاخص های کالبدی-کارکردی قلمروها در فضاهای مجموعه های مسکونی سازمانی شهر اهواز با استفاده از تکنیک چیدمان فضا تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span 2="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یکی از مهمترین مفاهیم در طراحی مجموعه های مسکونی، توجه به تفکیک قلمروهای عمومی، نیمه عمومی و خصوصی می باشد. لذا توجه به بُعد کالبدی-کارکردی قلمروها و شاخص های آن در مجموعه های مسکونی ضروری است. هدف این پژوهش، تشریح سازمان یافته شاخص های قلمروهای کالبدی، نظم و اصول حاکم در آنها و تطبیق آنها با شاخص های نحو فضا می باشد.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span 2="" mitra="" style="font-family:">شهر اهواز دارای مجتمع های مسکونی سازمانی ارزشمند و شاخصی می باشد که بررسی قلمروهای فضایی آنها حائز اهمیت است.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span 2="" mitra="" style="font-family:">سوال اصلی تحقیق عبارت است از: </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span 2="" mitra="" style="font-family:">چگونه می توان با تشریح و بازشناسی قلمروهای محیطی و تطبیق آنها با شاخص های نحو فضا،به اصول کالبدی-فضایی در مجموعه های مسکونی سازمانی شهر اهواز پی برد؟ </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span 2="" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، از نوع کمی-کیفی است. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای، به گردآوری ادبیات پژوهش پرداخته شد و مطالعات مربوط به شاخص های کالبدی-کارکردی قلمروها گردآوری گردید. در بخش کمی، به منظور سنجش&nbsp; شاخص های کالبدی-کارکردی در مجموعه های مسکونی سازمانی شهر اهواز، سیزده نمونه از خانه ها انتخاب شدند. برای مقایسه نمونه های انتخاب شده، پنج الگوی اصلی در نظر گرفته شده است که وجه تمایز این الگوها نحوه قرارگیری عرصه های عمومی، نیمه عمومی و خصوصی، وجود یا عدم وجود فضای پیش ورودی است. در ادامه بوسیله نرم افزار دپس مپ شاخصه های یکپارچگی بصری، کنترل، پیوستگی، انتروپی و عمق بصری به عنوان مهمترین شاخصه های مرتبط با مفاهیم کالبدی-کارکردی قلمروها در مجموعه های مسکونی سازمانی شهر اهواز مورد سنجش قرارگرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که &nbsp;پیش بینی عرصه های عمومی در فضاهای مسکونی با وسعت و نحوه قرارگیری مناسب عرصه های فضایی، در تفکیک قلمروهای مکانی و همچنین در بهبود روابط فضایی تاثیر بسیار زیادی دارند.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"2 Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="tab-stops:111.0pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">One of the most important concept in designing residential complexes is to pay attention to the separation of public, semi-public, and private areas.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the physical-functional dimension of territories and their indicators in residential complexes.The purpose of this research is to systematically describe the indicators of physical territories, the order and principles governing them, and to match them with the indicators of spatial syntax.The city of Ahvaz has valuable and significant institutional residential complexes, and it is important to examine their spatial territories.The main question of the research is:How can we understand the physical-spatial principles in institutional residential complexes in Ahvaz by describing and recognizing environmental territories and matching them with spatial syntax indicators?
