other ارزیابی بازآفرینی خلاق مبتنی بر اقتصاد محلی در محدوده تاریخی مسجد کبود شهر تبریز‌ تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">توسعه اقتصاد خلاق، محور اصلی این پژوهش است بافت های تاریخی در چند سال اخیر با چالش های متعددی روبرو شده اند به گونه ای که نتوانسته اند جاذبه اقتصادی مناسبی برای ساکنان ایجاد کنند. هدف این پژوهش توجه بهینه در مدیریت و طراحی شهری به مسائل اقتصادی در کنار برنامه برای رفع نیاز های فعلی در چشم انداز نهایی است تا با بهره برداری از قابلیت های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی ساکنان محله‌ها در بافت‌های تاریخی با توجه به ظرفیت موجود در آنها، بتوان مولفه های اقتصادی جدید مبتنی بر ارزش ها و ظرفیت آنها ارایه کرد. این تحقیق</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;با هدف ارزیابی بازآفرینی های انجام یافته پیرامون محوطه مسجد کبود براساس مولفه های اقتصاد خلاق،</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> از نوع پژوهش های کیفی می باشد که با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام یافته است. داده های لازم برای تحلیل و پژوهش از طریق مطالعات اسناد کتابخانه ای در کنار برداشت و پیمایش های میدانی به دست آمده است و برای صحت سنجی نتایج از تکنینک تحلیل سوات استفاده شده و نتایج به دست آمده با رویکرد اقتصاد خلاق تجزیه تحلیل گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد اقتصاد خلاق در محله های تاریخی شامل برندسازی، ارتباط گردشگری و صنایع، ایجاد ارزش های اقتصادی، سرمایه گذاری، ایجاد و یا تغییر کاربری با در نظر گرفتن پویایی اقتصادی و ایجاد اقتصاد فرهنگی است ولی محوطه پیرامون مسجد کبود تبریز، محوطه ای که در سه دهه گذشته با مداخلات شهری فراوانی روبرو بوده است و در حال حاضراین شرایط را ندارد.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman Bold",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt">The main focus of this research is Creative economic development.
