other تبیین الگوی ابعاد کیفیت زندگی در فضای شهری با رویکرد ارتقای شاخص های آن تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">کیفیت زندگی و ارتقا شاخص های کیفی فضا امری است که از اواخر دهه 80 میلادی وارد ادبیات شهرسازی گشته است. بسیاری از اندیشمندان معتقدند که ارتقای کیفیت زندگی در واقعیت امری است که شهرسازان و مدیران شهری همواره باید به دنبال آن باشند. هدف این پژوهش بنیادی(اثباتی) تبیین شاخص هایی مشخص و کاربردی برای پژوهش های هنجاری و عملیاتی آتی است. از همین رو در این مقاله سعی شده با مرور ادبیات جهانی و داخلی به&nbsp; طبقه بندی شاخص های کیفیت زندگی پرداخته و این واژه را از قالبی کاملا مفهومی و انتزاعی خارج نموده و مولفه های عینی و ذهنی آن که در پژوهش ها باید مد نظر قرار گیرند را استخراج نماید. در ابتدا شاخص ها با توجه به مبانی موجود و شاخص های جهانی موجود با کمک تحلیل محتوا و استخراج کلیدواژه های استفاده شده توسط نظریه پردازان شاخص این موضوع که در برخی موارد دارای تفاوت ها و شباهت هایی هستند، مشخص گشتند. شاخص های کیفیت در دو بعد ذهنی و عینی در ابتدا طبقه بندی گشتند و شش مولفه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیطی، زیست محیطی، بهداشتی و حمل و نقل تقسیم گردیده و ارتباط میان این ابعاد و مولفه ها در چارچوب نظری مشخص گردیدند. شاخص های استخراج شده در هر قسمت از مبانی نظری با مصاحبه از صاحب نظران و با توجه به بستر و زمینه ایران به ویژه میدان تجریش و فرهنگ و قشر مخاطب آن تدقیق گشته و در نهایت مدل مفهومی</span> <span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">و چارچوب نظری از شاخص های ارتقای کیفی محیط به تفکیک ابعاد کیفیت زندگی ارائه گشته است تا گامی برای پژوهش های عملی در این حوزه برای پژوهشگران باشد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The quality of life and improvement of the quality indicators of the space entered the urban planning literature in the 80s. Many thinkers believe that improving the quality of life is something city planners and managers should always look for. This fundamental research aims to explain specific and practical indicators for future normative and operational research. Therefore, in this article, by reviewing the international and domestic literature, we tried to classify the indicators of quality of life and this word from a completely conceptual and abstract form and its objective and subjective components that should be considered in research. to check the primary indices, according to the existing foundations and the existing global indices, with the help of content analysis and the topics of the keywords used by the theorists of this index, which in some cases have differences and similarities, have been identified. The quality indicators were classified in two subjective and objective dimensions and six economic, social, environmental, environmental, health, transportation, and transfer components were converted and the relationship between these elements and components was determined theoretically.
