other شناسایی و اولویت ‌بندی عوامل تشکیل ‌دهنده زیست ‌بوم شهر هوشمند در ایران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">پیاده&shy; سازی شهر هوشمند نیازمند تبعیت از الگو و رویکردی مشخص بوده و غلبه نیافتن رویکرد مناسب در برخی کشورهای درحال توسعه، منجر به سردرگمی آنها در ایجاد شهرهای هوشمند شده است. شهر هوشمند به دنبال آن است که با بهره از فناوری، فرآیندهای فوق را تسریع و تسهیل نموده و پاسخ &shy;های بهتری به چالش&shy; های شهری مانند توازن جمعیت و </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">تغییرات آب‌ و هوایی</span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> بدهد. تحقق شهر هوشمند در هر کشور نیازمند چارچوب و رویکردی متناسب با شرایط آن است. کشورهای درحال توسعه تلاش دارند به الگوی مورد نظر خود در حصول شهر هوشمند برسند، در این راستا نیاز است تا ایران نیز الگوی متناسب با خود را طراحی نماید. یکی از مولفه&shy; های حیاتی برای شناخت الگو، شناسایی عوامل تشکیل دهنده آن است. تحقیق حاضر به دنبال آن است تا عوامل تشکیل &shy;دهنده زیست &shy;بوم شهر هوشمند در ایران را با روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی بررسی نماید. در این راستا ابتدا با 13 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیریت شهری مصاحبه و با بهره از روش تحلیل مضمون (تم)، 65 مضمون پایه شناسایی شد. از این میان، با روش دلفی فازی مشخص شد که 49 مضمون به اتفاق نظر متخصصین، در ایران قابل استفاده هستند، سپس برای رتبه &shy;بندی عوامل از آزمون فریدمن بهره برده شد و عوامل مهم معرفی گشتند. در این راستا 5 عامل مهم برای ایجاد شهر هوشمند که باید مورد توجه سیاست&shy; گذاران قرار گیرد عبارتند از: حکمرانی هوشمند، مدیریت هوشمند جمعیت، فناوری&shy; های هوشمند، محیط زیست هوشمند و حمل و نقل هوشمند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">The implementation of a smart city requires following a specific approach. Failure to overcome the appropriate approach in some developing countries has led to their confusion in creating smart cities. The smart city seeks to speed up and facilitate the above processes using technology and provide better answers to urban challenges such as climate change. Along with technology, urban ecology examines variables such as urban management, urban planning and communication. The current research seeks to examine the factors that make up the smart city ecosystem in Iran with a mixed exploratory research method. In this regard, first, 13 academic and urban management experts were interviewed and 65 basic themes were identified using the theme analysis method. Among these, it was determined by the fuzzy Delphi method that 49 themes can be used by experts in Iran, then Friedman&#39;s test was used to rank the factors and important factors were introduced.
