other الگو بهینه بکارگیری مصالح نوین در طراحی ساختمانهای بلند مرتبه تهران با ضایعات صفر تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">باتوجه به بحران انرژی و ماده در قرن حاضر، تلاش برای استفاده از راهکارهای مناسب جهت کمینه شدن مصالح و هزینه ها در حوزه های مختلف از جمله ساخت و ساز در دنیا آغاز شده است. یکی از راهکارهای مناسب بهره بردن از مصالح و فناوری های نوین است. استفاده از مصالح و فناوری های نوین در معماری ایران نسبت به دنیا روند کندتری داشته است. جلوگیری از هدررفت سرمایه ملی در حوزه مصالح در ساخت و سازها، نیازمند بازنگری در رویکردها و بهره بردن از راهکارهای نوین است. این پژوهش به دنبال چگونگی محقق ساختن این هدف در صنعت ساختمان است، به همین دلیل پیدا کردن شاخص های مؤثر در جلوگیری از ایجاد ضایعت در ساختمان ضروری می نماید. روش انجام پژوهش به صورت ترکیب روش کیفی و کمی می باشد، از روش دلفی با گلوله برفی متخصصین انتخاب و مورد سؤال قرار گرفته اسند. در چهار مرحله شاخص ها استخراج شده و با استفاده از پرسشنامه داده ها تکمیل شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد شاخص های &laquo;هماهنگی در بعاد ساختمان&raquo; و &laquo;بهره وری اندیشیده از فناوری و مصالح نوین&raquo; اثرگذاری زیادی در جلوگیری از تولید ضایعات ساختمان دارد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; Due to the energy and material crisis in the current century, efforts have been made to use appropriate solutions to minimize materials and costs in various fields including construction in the world. Preventing the wastage of national capital in the field of construction materials requires a review of approaches and the use of new solutions. This research is looking for how to achieve this goal in the construction industry, for this reason, it is necessary to find effective indicators to prevent damage in the building. The research method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, experts have been selected and questioned using the Delphi method with snowball. In four steps, the indicators were extracted and the data was completed using a questionnaire.
