other بررسی نقش شاخص های سلیقه در طراحی نمای ساختمانهای مسکونی شهر تهران (نمونه موردی: منطقه 22 شهر تهران) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">چکیده:</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;در گروههای متفاوت اجتماعی توجه به محیط و ارکان آن دارای جنبه های متفاوتی می باشد. و این امر خود درک زیبایی، معانی و تعابیر علایم را منوط به نوع نگاه آنها نموده است. عوامل موثری در شکل دهی نماهای شهری موثر هستند که این امور تاثیری مستقیم از طراحان، کارفرمایان و ساکنین این بناها دارد</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این پژوهش با هدف استخراج و اثر سنجی مولفه های موثر در زیبایی نمای ساختمانهای شهر تهران صورت پذیرفته است. این پژوهش دارای رویکرد ترکیبی کیفی در کمی است که ابتدا مولفه های موثر در طراحی نماها از ادبیات نظری استخراج سپس برای تدقیق سازی متغیری در نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">ATLASTI</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> شروع به تقلیل داده ها می شود، برای این منظوربا 28 نفر از هیئت متخصص مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته صورت می گیرد پس از استخراج کد گزاری وارد مرحله کد گزاری محوری می شود. نتایج به دست آمده در مرحله کیفی در قالب پرسشنامه تدوین می شود و برای میزان شدت اثر بین سه گروه کارفرمایان، طراحان و متخصصین به صورت تصادفی توزیع می گردد</span></span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتایج مقایسه ای بین این سه گروه با آماره های استنباطی در نرم افزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">JMPSAS16</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> گرفته شد و در انتها برای میزان همبستگی پاسخ ها و افتراق معنایی به این گروهها در نرم افزار همبستگی گرافیکی گرفته می شود نتایج نشان می دهد که در گروه کارفرمایان مولفه های نوع مصالح، عدم استفاده از فرم های نامتعارف و نامانوس، سن، تصویر عینی از نما با مقدار(000/1) بیشترین میزان سهم عاملی و کمترین مربوط به مولفه استفاده از مصالح قابل شست و شو با مقدار(254/0) است. در گروه طراحان مولفه عدم استفاده از فرم های نامتعارف و نامانوس، سن، انعطاف پذیر بودن در اجرا، تقارن و ریتم با مقدار(000/1) و کمترین مزبوط به جنسیت با مقدار(355/0) در گروه ساکنین مولفه سن، ارتباط و مجاورت با مقدار(000/1) و کمترین مربوط مذهب با مقدار(381/0) است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">In different social groups, attention to the environment and its elements have different aspects. And this has made the understanding of the beauty, meanings and interpretations of the signs dependent on the way they look. Effective factors are effective in shaping urban facades, which have a direct impact on the designers, employers and residents of these buildings. This research has been carried out with the aim of extracting and measuring the effectiveness of the effective components in the beauty of buildings in Tehran. This research has a combined qualitative and quantitative approach, which first extracts the effective components in the design of facades from the theoretical literature, then begins to reduce the data in the ATLASTI software to refine the variable, for this purpose, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 28 expert panelists. It takes place after extracting coding, it enters the phase of axial coding. The results obtained in the qualitative phase are compiled in the form of a questionnaire and randomly distributed among the three groups of employers, designers and experts for the intensity of the effect. The comparative results between these three groups were obtained with inferential statistics in the JMPSAS16 software. In the end, for the degree of correlation between the answers and the semantic differentiation of these groups, a graphical correlation is taken in the software. The results show that in the employers&#39; group, the components of the type of materials, non-use of unusual and unfamiliar forms, age, objective image of the facade with The value of (1.000) is the highest factor and the lowest is related to the use of washable materials with the value of (0.254).
