other طراحی مدل پویایی‌شناسی کیفی سیستم اثرات فناوری اطلاعات در مدیریت شهری تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">مدیریت شهری با گسترش شهرنشینی و ابعاد کالبدی </span>&ndash;<span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> فضایی پدیده‌ای بشدت پیچیده و پویا شده است. لذا برای مدیریت بهتر شهر نیاز به استفاده از روش‌های نوین مدیریت شهری است. یکی از بسترهای مهم برای مدیریت شهری به روش نوین، فناوری اطلاعات می‌باشد. </span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">علی‌‌رغم اینکه منابع متعددی به تبیین این موضوع پرداخته‌اند، اما مفهوم‌سازی جامعی از آن در مبانی نظری این حوزه انجام نشده است. </span></span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">بنابراین نیاز است با دیدگاهی پویا و جامع، پویایی‌های توسعه، اثرات و کاربردهای فناوری اطلاعات در مدیریت شهری بررسی شود. این مقاله با بهره‌گیری از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و فراترکیب بدنبال پاسخگویی به سوالاتی درباره تعریف فناوری اطلاعات مبتنی بر تعریف مدیریت شهری، عناصر فناوری اطلاعات در مدیریت شهری، مزایای آن در مدیریت شهری، روندهای توسعه فناوری اطلاعات با تاکید بر فرایند عملیاتی آن بوده تا از این طریق ساختار حاکم بر رشد شهرها و اثرات فناوری اطلاعات در مدیریت شهری</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">با</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> استفاده از رویکرد پویایی‌شناسی کیفی سیستم تبیین کند. نتایح نشان داد که عناصر فناوری اطلاعات در شهر علاوه بر عناصر عام شامل الگوریتم‌های پردازش، فضاهای پردازشی و هوشمندی، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و اپلیکیشن‌ها و شبکه‌های اجتماعی هستند. همچنین 12 مزیت خاص فناوری اطلاعات در شهر و 10 اثر و کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در مدیریت شهری تبیین شد. همچنین مدل علت و معلولی شامل 6 حلقه تقویتی گسترش شهرها، اثر فناوری اطلاعات بر ارائه خدمات، حکمروایی و توسعه پایدار محیط زیست، نوآوری، شفافیت اداری و امنیت و یک حلقه تعادلی معایب گسترش شهرها بود.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Urban management has become a very complex and dynamic phenomenon with the expansion of urbanization and physical-spatial dimensions. Therefore, for better management of the city, it is necessary to use new methods of urban management. One of the important platforms for urban management in a modern way is information technology. Despite the fact that many studies have explained this issue, a comprehensive conceptualization of it has not been done in the theoretical foundations of this field. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the development dynamics, effects and applications of information technology in urban management with a dynamic and comprehensive perspective. This article seeks to answer questions about the definition of information technology based on the definition of urban management, the elements of information technology in urban management, its advantages in urban management, trends in the development of information technology with an emphasis on its operational process, using library and meta-combination study. To explain the structure governing the growth of cities and the effects of information technology in urban management using the qualitative system dynamics approach. The results showed that the elements of information technology in the city, in addition to the general elements, include processing algorithms, processing spaces and intelligence, geographic information system (GIS) and applications and social networks. Also, 12 special advantages of information technology in the city and 10 effects and applications of information technology in urban management were explained.
