other تحلیل کیفیت فضایی محیط پیاده‌روهای خیابان تجاری با تأکید بر نیازهای راحتی زنان (نمونه موردی: خیابان مصدق و نوبهار شهرکرمانشاه) Analysis of the spatial quality of the sidewalks of commercial street with an emphasis on women's comfort needs (Case example: Mossadegh Street and Nobahar Street, Kermanshah) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable در شهرسازی معاصر، توسعه و سلطه حرکت سواره و حجم زیاد ترافیک، کمتر توجه برنامهریزان و طراحان شهری را برای حرکت پیاده و نیازها و حقوق طبیعی انسانی او، برانگیخته و به تدریج اولویت دادن به نقش عابرپیاده و فضاهای پیاده محور شهری کمرنگ شده است. خیاباهای تجاری و پیادهروهای آن به عنوان نمونهای از فضاهای تجاری که از گذشته تا کنون جایگاه خود را در شهرها حفظ نمودهاند، از محورهای پر رفتوآمد شهری محسوب میشوند، که توجه به نیاز آسایش و راحتی زنان به عنوان بخش بزرگی از مخاطبان این فضا امری ضروری است و این عرصهها برای موفقیت باید پاسخگوی کاربران خود باشند. کلانشهر کرمانشاه نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نبوده و غلبه فضاهای سواره بر مسیرهای پیاده خیابانهای تجاری مصدق و نوبهار عرصه را بر حضور شهروندان به ویژه زنان تنگ نموده است. لذا هدف این پژوهش دو جانبه و به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسشها است: چه عواملی بر کیفیت فضایی پیادهروهای خیابان تجاری مؤثر بوده و چه میزان از نیاز آسایش و راحتی زنان با توجه به امکانات موجود در پیادهرو تأمین میشود؟ این تحقیق به روش کیفی و برای ارزیابی نهایی از تحلیل دادهها بهره گرفته شده است. این پژوهش ابتدا به شناخت عناصر تشکیلدهنده پیادهرو، شاخصهای کیفیت فضا و مؤلفههای راحتی زنان با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی و منابع کتابخانهای میپردازد. سپس براساس مفاهیم مستخرج از بخش نظری و رابطه نیاز آسایش زنان و شاخصهای کیفیت فضای پیادهرو، ارزیابی میزان آسایش زنان به روش میدانی و حضور در پیادهروها و پرسشنامه محقق میگردد. سنجش دادهها با استفاده از درصد و ارزیابی پایایی با نرمافزار SPSS انجام گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بیشترین مشکلات زنان در پیادهروها، تأمین نشدن آسایش فیزیکی و فیزیولوژیکی در حوزه عبور، حوزه سوارهرو و حوزه مبلمان (نورپردازی نامناسب) است و آسایش روانی زنان در هر دو خیابان به ویژه نوبهار وضعیت قابل قبولی دارد. In contemporary urban planning, the development and domination of riding and the large volume of traffic have provoked less attention of urban planners and designers for pedestrian movement and his natural human rights and needs, and gradually giving priority to the role of pedestrians and pedestrian-oriented urban spaces. Commercial streets and its sidewalks are an example of commercial spaces that have maintained their position in cities since the past until now, according to the issues that become cities for commuting. The comfort of women as a large part of the audience of this space is important, and these arenas must be responsive to their users for success. The metropolis of Kermanshah is not an exception to this rule, and the predominance of riding spaces over the pedestrian paths of Mossadegh and Nobahar commercial streets has narrowed the arena for the presence of citizens, especially women. Therefore, the aim of this research is two-sided and seeks answers to these questions: What factors are effective on the spatial quality of commercial street sidewalks and how much of women's needs for comfort and convenience are provided according to the facilities available on the sidewalk? This research is qualitative and data analysis is used for the final evaluation. First of all, this research deals with the knowledge of sidewalk elements, space quality indicators and women's comfort components using documentary studies and library resources. Then, based on the concepts extracted from the theoretical part and the relationship between the comfort needs of women and the indicators of the quality of sidewalk space, the evaluation of the level of comfort of women is realized by the field method and presence on the sidewalks and questionnaires. Data measurement was done using percentage and reliability assessment with SPSS software.
