other عوامل جاذبه - دافعه مؤثر بر ماندگاری و مهاجرت جوانان روستایی (مورد: سکونتگاه‌های روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهرستان کوهدشت) Effective pull- Push factors on durability and rural youth migration (Case study: rural settlements of Central district of the Kouhdasht county, Lorestan Province) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل جاذبه- دافعه مؤثر بر ماندگاری و مهاجرت جوانان روستایی بخش مرکزی شهرستان کوه دشت از استان لرستان می‌باشد. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی است. داده‌ها به دو روش اسنادی و میدانی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه گردآوری‌شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر 136 روستا با 64373 نفر جمعیت است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای در گام نخست، تعداد20 روستا و در گام بعدی، تعداد 345 جوان روستایی(بین 15 تا 29 سال)  با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به روش تصادفی ساده، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، فرصت‌های شغلی نابرابر، درآمد و پول بیشتر، تسهیلات و سرمایه‌گذاری بیشتر، مشاغل کم زحمت، تمرکز امکانات حوزه‌ای و سطح برتر، آینده تحصیلی بهتر، زندگی مرفه و پایگاه اجتماعی جوانان در شهر نسبت به جوانان روستایی به ترتیب ازجمله عوامل جاذبه – دافعه مؤثر بر مهاجرت و ترک جوانان روستایی منطقه موردمطالعه است. در این راستا، ضروری است با توجه هرچه بیشتر به جوانان روستایی در نظام برنامه‌ریزی کلان، اعطای تسهیلات کم‌بهره یا بلاعوض، گسترش امکانات و خدمات رفاهی در روستاها یا مراکز خدمات روستا می‌تواند ضمن توقف مهاجرت‌های جوانان روستایی به نواحی شهری، باعث شکل‌گیری روند مهاجرت معکوس به نواحی روستایی بخش مرکزی کوهدشت باشیم <pre style="text-align:justify"> The main goal of this research is to identify effective pull-push factors on durability and out-migration of rural youth in the central district of the Kouhdasht county in Lorestan province. The research is descriptive-analytical and the research method in terms of purpose is applied. Survey method is used for data collection. The data was collected through documentary and field methods and using the questionnaire tool. The size of the statistical population of the research consists of 136 villages with a population of 64373 people, using the multi-stage cluster sampling method in the first step, 20 villages and in the next step, 345 rural youth (between 15 and 29 years old) were selected as a sample using William Cochran's formula by simple random method. The results of the research show, unequal and diverse job opportunities, more income and money, more facilities and investments, less laborious jobs, concentration of various services and top-level facilities, better educational future, comfort and prosperous life, and improvement of the social class of the youth are the most important push-pull factors among the respondents, respectively, which motivates the migration of rural youth to urban areas.
