fa مفهوم‌پردازی الگوی فرآیندی بومی جهت بازآفرینی کسب‌وکارهای کوچک شهری و روستایی (مطالعه موردی: زلزله سرپل ذهاب) Conceptualization of a Local Process Model for the Regeneration of Urban and Rural Small Businesses (Case Study: Sarpol-e Zahab Earthquake) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research معیشتی مردم بومی، درخور توجه ویژه است. با این وجود، بیشتر منابع بازتوانی به مسکن اختصاص داده می‌شود و بازآفرینی کسب‌وکارهای کوچک مورد غفلت قرار می‌گیرد. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر باهدف مفهوم‌پردازی الگوی فرآیندی بومی جهت بازآفرینی کسب‌وکارهای کوچک شهری و روستایی انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر ماهیت داده کیفی و ازنظر روش، تحلیل محتوا است. جامعه موردمطالعه را مطلعان کلیدی و خبرگان حوزه کسب‌وکار تشکیل داد. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌های موردنیاز، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری نظری و با بهره‌مندی از فنون قضاوتی و گلوله برفی، با 29 نفر از مطلعان کلیدی مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند صورت پذیرفت. حجم نمونه، وابسته به اشباع نظری داده‌ها بود. به‌منظور سنجش اعتبار پژوهش، از روش‌های مثلث سازی، روش کنترل اعضاء و بازبینی توسط خبرگان استفاده شد. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاصل از مراحل کدگذاری، 76 کد اولیه، 31 مفهوم و 3 مقوله از متن مصاحبه‌ها استخراج گردید. افزون بر این، نتایج تحلیل محتوای داده‌ها حاکی از این است که الگوی فرایندی بازآفرینی کسب‌وکارهای کوچک، مشتمل بر سه مرحله راهبردهای قبل از بحران، حین بحران و پس از بحران است. به نظر می‌رسد انجام اقدامات پیشگیرانه قبل از وقوع بحران و اتخاذ تصمیمات مناسب در حین و پس از وقوع بحران، می‌تواند تأثیر بسزایی در روند بازآفرینی کسب‌وکارها و سایر ابعاد بازسازی نظیر بازسازی کالبدی، اجتماعی و روانی داشته باشد. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند مورد استفاده سیاست‌گذاران، متولیان امر و مالکان کسب‌وکارها قرار گیرد.   After the occurrence of natural crises such as earthquakes, the continuation of small urban and rural businesses and its positive effect on the economic rehabilitation and livelihood of local people deserve special attention. However, most rehabilitation resources are allocated to housing and small business recovery is neglected. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of conceptualizing the local process model for the recovery of urban and rural small businesses. The current research is in terms of applied purpose, in terms of the nature of qualitative data and in terms of method, content analysis. The studied community was formed by key informants and business experts. In order to collect the required data, a semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 29 key informants using the theoretical sampling method and with the benefit of judgment and snowball techniques. The sample size depended on the theoretical saturation of the data. In order to measure the validity of the research, triangulation methods, member control method and review by experts were used. Based on the research findings from the coding stages, 76 primary codes, 31 concepts and 3 categories were extracted from the text of the interviews. In addition, the results of data content analysis indicate that the model of small business regeneration process consists of three stages of pre-crisis, during-crisis and post-crisis strategies. It seems that taking preventive measures before the crisis and taking appropriate decisions during and after the crisis can have a significant effect on the business regeneration process and other dimensions of reconstruction such as physical, social and psychological recovery.
