fa تحلیل قیاسی-تطبیقی مکان‌یابی احداث مجتمع‌های گردشگری سلامت بر اساس الگوی راهبردی SOWT و فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی AHP (مطالعه موردی: شهر قم) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">ازآنجایی‌که احداث مجتمع گردشگری سلامت برای سرویس دادن به بیماران و همراهان جهت درمان، استراحت و تفریح مناسب است، لذا در مسئله گردشگری بسیار حائز اهمیت بوده و می‌تواند در بالا بردن جایگاه ایران در میان کشورهای منطقه مؤثر باشد و همچنین در صورت اجرای این قبیل طرح‌ها در کشور درآمد ارزی قابل‌توجهی عاید کشور خواهد شد؛ و از طرفی شهر قم، شهری در حاشیه کویر و میزبان زائران بی‌شمار، پتانسیل بسیاری در این زمینه دارد که نیاز شدید برای بهره بری از آن احساس می‌شود. حال سؤال اینجاست که چه معیارها و شاخصه‌هایی برای مکان‌یابی مجتمع‌های گردشگری سلامت تأثیرگذارند؟ و چگونه می‌توان به سایت بهینه برای احداث مجتمع گردشگری سلامت در شهر قم دست‌یافت؟ این مقاله باهدف، مکان‌یابی مناسب جهت احداث مجتمع گردشگری سلامت در سطح کلان‌شهر قم است. روش پژوهش، ازنظر نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی و قیاسی- تطبیقی است که از مدل راهبردی <span dir="LTR">SOWT</span> و فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی <span dir="LTR">AHP</span> برای رسیدن به سایت بهینه، بهره گرفته‌شده است و مناسب‌ترین سایت از بین سه سایت پیشنهادشده، انتخاب می‌گردد تا بدین‌وسیله ایده‌های طراحی، کشف و استخراج گردد و منابع اطلاعاتی و روش‌های انتخاب منابع، از روش کتابخانه‌ای، بازدید میدانی و جستجوی اینترنتی استفاده شده و برای انجام جستجو، بانک‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی مورداستفاده قرارگرفته است.</p> <p>Since the construction of the Health Tourism Complex is convenient for providing patients and companions for treatment, rest and recreation, it is very important in the tourism issue and it can be effective in raising the status of Iran among the countries of the region, and also if such plans are implemented. In the country, there will be significant foreign exchange earnings; on the other hand, the city of Qom, a city on the margin of the desert, and the host of countless pilgrims, has a lot of potential in this area, which is felt to be highly sought after. The question now is what are the criteria and criteria for locating health tourism complexes? How to get the optimal site for construction of health tourism complex in Qom? This article is aimed at establishing a health tourism complex in Qom metropolitan area. The research methodology is applied in terms of the descriptive-analytical and deductive-comparative nature which uses the SOWT strategy and the AHP hierarchy process to reach the optimal site, and the most suitable site is selected from the three suggested sites.
