fa بافت سنتی شهری و نقش آن در توسعه ی گردشگری میراث فرهنگی (مطالعه ی موردی: بافت قدیم شهر ساری) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-18.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر، مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی و هدف آن ارزیابی جایگاه بافت سنتی شهر ساری در توسعه&shy;ی گردشگری میراث فرهنگی است. مطالعات اسنادی شامل طرح مبانی نظری و طراحی پرسشنامه و بررسی&shy;های میدانی شامل توزیع پرسشنامه و گردآوری آراء گردشگران می&shy;باشد. به دلیل نامشخص بودن جامعه آماری، حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 410 نفر محاسبه و از این تعداد 360 پرسشنامه جمع&shy;آوری شد. روایی پرسشنامه توسط همکاران دانشگاهی تأیید شده و آلفای کرونباخ (<strong><span dir="LTR">0.933</span></strong>) نشانگر پایایی بالای ابزار است. برای پردازش یافته‌ها از نرم&shy;افزار <strong><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></strong> و برای تحلیل یافته&shy;ها از توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و درصد برای توصیف و آزمون&shy;های فریدمن و تی تک&shy;نمونه&shy;ای استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج، معماری و بناهای تاریخی ساری، نشانگر ظرفیت&shy;های فراوان در توسعه&shy;ی گردشگری میراث فرهنگی هستند. اما آمارها نشانگر فاصله&shy; میان ظرفیت&shy;ها و سطح توسعه‌یافتگی گردشگری است. مهمترین دلیل این وضعیت، استفاده نکردن از تمامی ظرفیت‌های موجود است. براین اساس، مرمت و ورود بناهای ارزشمند تاریخی در چرخه&shy;ی گردشگری، بازگرداندن چهره&shy;ی سنتی بافت، نصب تابلوهای راهنما برای هدایت مسافران به بافت قدیم، بازبینی مسیرهای دسترسی، حل معضل ترافیکی، تغییر مکان ادارات دولتی از اقدامات ضروری است.</p> <p style="margin-left:-18.0pt;">This research is based on library and field study and its main purpose is to assessing the role of Sari historic areas in cultural heritage tourism development. The library studies include the theoretical framework and questionnaire design and field surveys include distributing questionnaires and collecting tourist&rsquo;s opinions. According to Cochran formula, we distributed 410 and gathered 360 questionnaires. The validity of questionnaire is confirmed by academic colleagues and (Cronbach&#39;s alpha=0.933) indicates high questionnaire reliability. In order to process data, we used SPSS software<span dir="RTL">.</span> Frequency distribution, averages and percentages were used to describe the data. Also one-sample T-test and Friedman were used for data analysis<span dir="RTL">.</span> Based on the results, architectural and historical monuments in Sari represent a great potential in development of cultural heritage tourism. But statistics show a significant gap between available capacity and level of heritage tourism development. The main reason for this situation is that all available capacity is unused.
