fa ارزیابی تطبیقی عملکرد مدیریت شهری در استان‌های ایران (مطالعه موردی شهرستان‌های استان خراسان رضوی) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد که به شیوه تحقیقات میدانی و اسناد و مدارک به جمع آوری داده‌ها می‌پردازد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 27 شهرداری شهرستان‌های استان خراسان رضوی که به صورت تمام شماری است می‌باشد که ارزیابی عملکرد خود شهرداری‌ها در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار جمع&shy;آوری داده‌ها اطلاعات ثبت شده نظام نامه استاندارد شده سازمان شهرداری‌ها و دهیاری‌های کشور که دارای 187 سؤال در هفت بعد بوده و سالنامه اماری سال 95 استان خراسان رضوی و اسناد و مدارک می‌باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های از انواع آماره‌های توصیفی و آماره‌های استنباطی استفاده شده است. کلیه تجزیه و تحلیل‌های آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار <em><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span></em> و <em><span dir="LTR">amo</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">s</span></em> انجام شده است. نتایج نشان‌دهنده تأثیر مثبت و معنا‌دار خدمات شهری و امور اداری، نیروی انسانی با عملکرد شهرداری‌های استان خراسان رضوی در گروه توسعه پایین، تأثیر مثبت و معنادار شهرسازی، امور مالی، قراردادها و پروژه‌های عمرانی، حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک، امور اداری، نیروی انسانی و مصوبات شورا مسائل عمومی و مدیریتی با عملکرد شهرداری‌های استان خراسان رضوی در گروه توسعه متوسط و تأثیر مثبت و معنادار امور اداری، نیروی انسانی با عملکرد شهرداری‌های استان خراسان رضوی در گروه توسعه بالا است.</p> <p>This research is purposeful, applied and developmental, and in terms of method, a descriptive correlation type that collects data in the field of field research and documentation. The statistical population of this study consists of 27 municipalities in the cities of Khorasan Razavi province, which is a total number that is considered by the municipalities&#39; self-assessment function The data collection tool is the registered data of the standardized guideline of the municipal organization of the country which has 187 questions in seven dimensions and is the annual year of the year 95 of Khorasan Razavi province and documents.
