fa تحلیل رویکرد مشارکت جویانه در ساماندهی بافت های فرسوده منطقه 12 شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">نوسازی بافت های فرسوده در سالیان گذشته به گونه ای عمل شده است که گویا شهرداری&nbsp; بدون مشارکت مردم قصد نوسازی بافت های فرسوده، آن هم از طریق تملک محل های کسب و سکونت مردم را دارد و تنها حق قانونی مردم واگذاری خانه های خود به قیمت روز و کوچ اجباری از منطقه خود که سالها بدان تعلق خاطر داشتند و را در آن جستجو می کردند. منطقه 12 با توجه به فرسودگی بافت ها رو به زوال است. اگر تا چند سال آینده شهرداری با استفاده از مشارکت ساکنان و بر اساس طرح تفصیلی منطقه به ساماندهی بافت های فرسوده نپردازد بسیاری از آثار و بناهای تاریخی و همچنین بناهای مسکونی تخریب می شوند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رویکرد مشارکت جویانه در ساماندهی بافت های فرسوده منطقه 12 شهر تهران است. پژوهش حاظر از نوع کاربردی توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد و اطلاعات با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی جمع آوری شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارشناسان می باشد و از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای استفاده شده است و اطلاعات یدست آمده با استفاده از روش تاپسیس، تحلیل شده است و نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد که معیار بی دوام و قدیمی بودن ساختما نها و خطر تخریب در اثر زلزله با امتیاز (0.735193) توانسته است رتبه اول را به خود اختصاص دهد و به منظور عملیاتی نمودن رویکرد مشارکت جویانه در ساماندهی بافت های فرسوده می توان از فرآیند همکاری پایدار به عنوان روشی جامع استفاده نمود.</p> <p>Renovation of worn-out tissues has been activated in recent years, as if the municipality, without the participation of people, intends to renovate worn out tissues, also through the possession of people&#39;s places of business. And the only legal right of the people was to give their homes their homes at the expense of the day and forced displacement of their area, which they had for many years admired and searched for. Zone 12 is deteriorating due to the deterioration of tissues. If, in the next few years, the municipality does not use the residents&#39; participation and based on the detailed plan of the region to organize the worn out textiles, many monuments and monuments as well as residential buildings will be destroyed. The purpose of this research is to investigate the participatory approach in organizing the worn out tissues of the 12th district of Tehran. The research is descriptive-analytical and data collection is done using library and field method. The statistical population of this research includes experts. The multi-stage random sampling method has been used and the information has been analyzed using Tapsis method. And the results show that the benign and old criteria of construction and the risk of earthquake damage (0.735193) have been able to rank first.
