fa آسیب‌پذیری و تاب‌آوری منطقه 15 تهران در برابر زلزله با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">امروزه تحلیل و افزایش تاب آوری نسبت به سوانح طبیعی به حوزه‌ای مهم و گسترده‌ تبدیل شده است به طوریکه در حال حاضر از حرکت همزمان و متقابل توسعه پایدار و مدیریت سوانح به سمت افزایش تاب آوری بحث می‌شود. بر این اساس، تحلیل و افزایش تاب آوری سیستم‌های انسانی و محیطی در برابر سوانح طبیعی در مسیر نیل به آرمان توسعه پایدار از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار شده است. این پژوهش غیر آزمایشی دارای همبستگی بر اساس هدف کاربردی به آسیب پذیری و تاب آوری منطقه 15 تهران در برابر زلزله با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله&shy;مراتبی پرداخته است. در این مقاله، بر اساس مبانی نظری و تجربی تاب آوری اجتماعی در برابر زلزله در ارتباط با انتخاب شاخص‌های مناسب جهت سنجش تاب​آوری در مقیاس اجتماعات منطقه 15 تهران، از ابعاد چهارگانه (اجتماعی، اقتصادی، نهادی و کالبدی- محیطی) استفاده شده است. هرچه میزان بعد اجتماعی در بین شهروندان بالاتر باشد، بر میزان تاب&shy;آوری نیز افزوده می‌شود. بین تاب‌آوری و ابعاد چهارگانه آن رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. رابطه بین ابعاد چهارگانه اجتماعی، اقتصادی، نهادی و کالبدی- محیطی کاملا معنادار می‌باشد. در کل با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر می توان گفت که بعد اجتماعی بیشترین تاثیر را در میان ابعاد در تبیین میزان تاب&shy;آوری دارد.</p> <p>Today, our analysis of natural disasters has become an important and broad range that is currently being discussed at the simultaneous and interdependence of sustainable development and disaster management. Accordingly, the analysis and development of human and environmental systems against natural disasters in the way of achieving sustainable development is of particular importance. This non - experimental study has correlation based on the practical goal of earthquake vulnerability in the region of 15 Tehran against earthquakes using hierarchical analysis method. in this paper, four dimensions of social, economic, institutional and physical - physical aspects have been used in this paper based on theoretical and empirical bases of social against earthquake. The higher the level of social dimension among citizens, the higher the swing rate is added. There is a positive and significant relationship between vulnerability and its four dimensions.
