fa نقش مدیریت شهری در توسعه پایدار گردشگری شهری، مطالعه موردی: شهر رامسر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">گردشگری بزرگترین و متنوع&shy;ترین صنعت در دنیا به حساب می&shy;آید. بسیاری از کشورها این صنعت را به عنوان منبع اصلی درآمد، اشتغال، رشد بخش خصوصی و توسعه زیربنایی می&shy;دانند؛ کشور ایران به دلیل برخورداری از شرایط اقلیمی و قومی، تاریخ تمدن کهن و اثار باستانی و داشتن در جاذبه&shy;های اکوتوریسم دارای جایگاه ویژه&shy;ای است که در صورت پرداختن به حل مشکلات آن و ارائه خدمات مناسب، می تواند به نقطه مناسبی برسد<span dir="LTR">.</span> شهر رامسر به دلیل داشتن شرایط خاص جغرافیایی، پتانسیل زیادی در زمینه جذب گردشگران داخلی و خارجی دارد. گسترش جریانهای گردشگری در این منطقه، با برنامه ریزی نامناسب و ضعف زیرساختها و مدیریت گردشگری اثرات منفی زیادی از لحاظ زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در پی داشته است. این تحقیق، در پی شناخت نقش عوامل مدیریتی در توسعۀ پایدار گردشگری شهر رامسر می باشد. روش تحقیق در پژوهش از نوع کاربردی- توصیفی می&shy;باشد و با استفاده از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه&shy;ای به جمع&shy;آوری اطلاعات پرداخته شده است جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدیران عالی سازمان های وابسته به شهرداری و کلیه شهروندان شهرستان رامسر می&shy;باشد و با توجه به گستردگی جامعه آماری و میسر نبودن امکان اجرای تحقیق بر روی کل جامعه، از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای استفاده شده است و اطلاعات یدست آمده با استفاده از روش دلفی و تکنیک تاپسیس تحلیل نموده و در نتیجه به رتبه بندی معیارها پرداخته شده که نفش مدیریت شهری در برقراری تعامل استفاده از جادبه های طبیعی و انسان ساخت با کسب امتیاز 654286/0 توانسته است در صدر معیارهای مورد بررسی قرار بگیرد.</p> <p>Tourism is the largest and most diverse industry in the world Many countries regard this industry as the main source of income, employment, private sector growth and infrastructure development; Due to the climatic and ethnic conditions, the history of ancient civilization and ancient works and its special status in the attractions of ecotourism, If it solves its problems and provides appropriate services, it can reach the right point. The expansion of tourism flows in this region has led to adverse environmental, economic and social impacts due to inappropriate planning and the weakness of infrastructure and tourism management. This research seeks to understand the role of management factors in the sustainable development of tourism in Ramsar. The research method is descriptive-applied research and has been used to collect information through documentary and library methods. The statistical population of this research includes high school administrators of municipal organizations and all citizens of Ramsar Due to the wide extent of the statistical society and the impossibility of conducting research on the whole society, a multistage cluster sampling method has been used.
