fa بررسی اثر بخشی شیوه های کاهش ترافیک در کلانشهر تهران و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب جهت کاهش ترافیک (مطالعه موردی منطقه 2 تهران) <p dir="RTL">امروزه با افزایش خودروها و رشد سفرهای درون شهری، ساماندهی و مدیریت ترافیک به یکی از مهمترین ضرورت<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های مدیریت شهری تبدیل شده است. ترافیک پدیده ای ناخوشایند است که زاییده رشد فزاینده ماشینی شدن و افزایش شهرنشینی است. از طرفی رشد روز افزون تولیدات خودرویی و عدم دوربینی لازم در ایجاد خیابان ها و معابر مناسب باعث شد که نتایجی از جمله ایجاد تراکم ترافیکی، کاهش بازده حمل و نقل، افزایش زمان مسافرت، آلودگی و مصرف بیش از حد انواع سوخت های فسیلی را به همراه داشته باشد. به همین منظور کارشناسان مربوط می کوشند تا با برنامه ریزی های کارآمد، استفاده از ظرفیت های موجود و افزایش بهره وری سیستم&shy;ها؛ سبب کاهش ترافیک در شهرها شوند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی شیوه های کاهش ترافیک منطقه 2 &nbsp;شهر تهران است. پژوهش حاظر از نوع تصیفی- تحلیلی می&shy;باشد و اطلاعات با استفاده از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه&shy;ای به جمع آوری شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارشناسان می&shy;باشد و با توجه به و میسر نبودن امکان اجرای تحقیق بر روی کل جامعه، از روش نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی چند مرحله&shy;ای استفاده شده است و اطلاعات بدست آمده با استفاده از روش دلفی و تکنیک روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره تاپسیس تحلیل شده است و نتایج نشان می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>دهد که معیارهای آموزش، ارتقای آگاهی شهروندان، تقویت راهکارهای قانونی و ترویج استفاده از وسائل نقلیه عمومی به ترتیب با کسب امتیاز (0.735193)، (0.688986) و (0.66447)رتبه اول، دوم و سوم را&nbsp; کسب نموده اند.</p> <p>Today, with the growth of cars and the growth of intra-city travel, traffic management and management has become one of the most important requirements of urban management.
