fa بررسی و ارزیابی نقش اقتصاد کشاورزی در توسعه شهر میداوود تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">توسعه فیزیکی شهرها فرآیندی است پویا که طی آن محدوده فیزیکی و کالبدی شهرها در جهات عمودی و افقی از حیث کمی و کیفی افزایش می&shy;یابد و اگر این روند سریع و بی برنامه باشد، سیستمهای شهری دچار مشکلات زیادی در آینده خواهد شد. با توجه به مهاجرت روزافزون انسانها از نقاط روستایی اطراف شهرها و یا نقاط دیگر که باعث افزایش تقاضای این افراد برای زمین شهری به منظور سکونت شده است و اگر نظارت بر این ساخت و سازها صورت نگیرد، علاوه بر از بین رفتن زمین های مرغوب کشاورزی، شهر را با بحران های اقتصادی اجتماعی و محیطی مواجه می&shy;کند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق تحلیل نقشه اقتصادی مبتنی بر کشاوری با رویکرد توسعه پایدار است. با توجه به نرخ مهاجرت در سالیان گذشته و آسیب های زیست محیطی هدف این است تا بطور علمی و دقیق نقش اقتصاد کشاورزی در رشد و توسعه شهر میداوود تبیین گردد. در ارزیابی رشد اقتصادی برنج و تاثیر آن بر رشد کالبدی شهر میداوود، پرسشنامه تهیه شده و پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط ساکنان محدوده مطالعاتی بر اساس روش های علمی تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. برای آزمون فرض پیرامون میانگین یک جامعه از آزمون <em><span dir="LTR">t</span></em> تک نمونه یا <em><span dir="LTR">One Sample t-Tset</span></em>&nbsp; استفاده می شود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل پرسشنامه نشان می دهد که رشد اقتصادی ناشی از کشت برنج در اثر تغییر در نوع کشاورزی قابل توجه بوده و راندمان تولید به طور قابل توجه ای افزایش داشته است و این رشد اقتصادی در ماندگاری جمعیت و توسعه فیزیکی شهر تاثیر گذار بوده است.</p> <p>The physical development of cities is a dynamic process in which the physical and physical limits of cities in vertical and horizontal directions increase quantitatively and qualitatively, and if this is a fast and unplanned process, urban systems will have many problems in the future.
