fa نگرش بیوفیلیک رویکردی در ارتقا سطح کیفی محیط زندگی ساکنان مجتمع‌های مسکونی Biophilic attitude toward improving the quality of the living environment of residential residences تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">اتصال محکم زندگی انسان و طبیعت به عنوان عنصر ذاتی و فطری، این تصور بشر برای فرار از تحت سلطه بودن سیستمهای حیات به وسیلهی پیشرفت بشریت و فنآوریهای نوین به شکلی که توانایی تغییر و انتقال بنیادین جهان طبیعت را داشته باشد را زیر سوال برده است و به تبع این توهم نابخردانه معماریای را ایجاد کرده که تراکم شدید ساختمانها و فروپاشیدن محیط طبیعی اطراف و جدایی مردم از اکوسیستم و فرآیندهای طبیعی را به دنبال داشته است. در دنیای کنونی افزایش بیرویه جمعیت شهرها از یکسو و توسعه   بیضابطه از سوی دیگر و همچنین صنعتیشدن بدون توجه به آسایش و سلامت افراد در فضاهای مسکونی، جوامع بشری را در معرض بحران قرار داده است. مسکن به عنوان یکی از پدیدههای واقعی از نخستین مسایلی است که بشر همواره برای دگرگونی مناسب و معقول آن در تلاش است. هدف از ساختن فقط تولید نیست بلکه کاربری آن مدنظر است؛ و کیفیت نقش مهمی را در کسب رضایت متقاضیان مسکن دارد. ارتقای کیفیت مجتمعهای مسکونی، یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مطلوبیت محیطی در نظر گرفته میشود که  میتواند کیفیت زندگی و رضایتمندی ساکنین مجموعههای مسکونی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. باور بنیادین این پژوهش بر آن است که بشر به عنوان یک گونهی زیستی، همواره پیوندی غریزی و فطری بین انسانها و دیگر سیستمهای حیات را برای خود قائل است، با تشخیص نیاز فطری انسان برای برقراری ارتباط با طبیعت به همراه پایداری و استراتژیهای جهانی طرحی برای خلق محیطهایی که تضمینکننده کیفیت زندگی و معماری سبز باشد را در پی داشته است. روش مورد استفاده بر حسب هدف، روش تحقیق کاربردی و شیوهی مطالعه بر حسب روش و ماهیت، تحقیق توصیفی ـ تحلیلی میباشد و گردآوری اطلاعات آن بر مبنای مطالعه منابع کتابخانهای و تحلیل محتوایی آنها بوده است، نتایج حاصل از پژوهش مبین این موضوع است که با ایجاد ارتباط بین انسان و طبیعت میتوان به یک فضا، با کیفیت مطلوبی دست یافت و ارتقای کیفیت محیط زندگی نیز به معنای عرضه پاسخهای مناسب و متنوع از طریق محیط، به نیازهای متفاوت فیزیولوژیکی و روانشناختی کاربران آن فضاست.</p> <p>The strong connection of human life and the nature of nature as an inherent element, this human imagination to escape under the domination of the life system by the development of humanity and the modern of the natural ecosystem surrounding the ecosystem and the natural processes surrounding the ecosystem and its natural processes and processes.
