fa شهرسازی نوین و مدیریت فضاهای بی دفاع شهری برای کنترل رفتارهای مجرمانه؛ نمونه مطالعاتی: شهر تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">شهرهای بزرگ انبوهی از جرایم را در دل خود جای داده&shy;اند. آمار جرم کشور حاکی از آن است که کلانشهر تهران به دلیل شرایط خاص فضایی و جغرافیایی دارای بالاترین آمار جرم و جنایت بین شهرهای کشور می&shy;باشد. بروز این جرایم، مسائل و چالش&shy;های فراوانی برای شهروندان و مدیران شهری ایجاد نموده است. از رویکردهای نظری مهم تفسیر کننده شکل&shy;گیری کانون&shy;های جرم، پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیطی است. پژوهش حاضر بدنبال آن است که دریابد کدام عوامل و شرایط محیطی به تسهیل وقوع جرایمی همچون سرقت در این شهر کمک می&shy;کند؟ روش تحقیق، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. پس از مطالعات نظری، از طریق نرم افزارهای زیرمجموعه سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی، کانون&shy;های جرم سرقت شناسایی شده و سپس با مشاهده میدانی، عوامل و شرایط تسهیل کننده، بررسی شد تا رابطه بین آندو کشف گردد. نتیجه نشانگر آن است که عمده کانون&shy;های جرم در مناطق 6 و 7 قرار دارد. رعایت ضعیف قلمروگرایی، نظارت اندک ساکنین بواسطه نوع طراحی نامناسب، حضور پایین افراد در فضاها بدلیل فقدان برنامه&shy;ریزی، رعایت ناچیز استانداردهای شهرسازی وجود دیوارها و پنجره&shy;های کثیف و مخروبه از عمده عوامل و شرایطی است که در کانون&shy;های جرم خیز شهر تهران حاکمیت داشت.</p> <p>Big cities have a lot of crime at its heart. State crime statistics indicate that Tehran metropolis due to the special circumstances of the geographical space and the highest crime statistics between the cities of the country. The incidence of these crimes, issues and has created many challenges for citizens and city managers. The most important theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the formation of centers of crime is crime prevention through environmental design. This article is extracted from a doctoral thesis titled as New Urbanism and management of urban defenseless spaces to control criminal behavior; case study Tehran. This study seeks to discover which factors and environmental conditions help to facilitate crimes such as theft in the city? The research method is descriptive. After theoretical studies, through sub-GIS software, and then observation centers have been identified robbery, factors and conditions facilitating the study was to explore the relationship between the two. The results indicate that the major centers of mass in the regions 6 and 7.
