fa پیشنهاداتی در خصوص نحوه قیمت‌گذاری خدمات مراکز معاینه فنی خودرو تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research به منظور قیمت‌گذاری هر خدماتی ابتدا لازم است منافع و هزینه‌هایی که آن خدمات برای جامعه و گردانندگان آن دارد، مورد برسی قرار گیرد و سپس قیمت آن خدمات مشخص گردد‌. در راستای بهبود خدمات حمل و نقل در هر کشور، احداث مراکز معاینه فنی خودرو دارای فوایدی همچون افزایش ایمنی خودروها، صرفه جویی در مصرف انرژی و بهبود شرایط زیست محیطی را به دنبال داشته و به نوبه خود باعث ارتقاء سطح رضایتمندی عمومی می گردد. در این راستا لازم است این منافع در تقابل با هزینه‌ها مورد برسی قرار گیرند. با توجه به نامناسب بودن نرخ این خدمات در کشور و عدم بهره وری مناسب خدمات معاینه فنی در جامعه، در این مقاله ابتدا شاخص‌های موثر در قیمت‌گذاری مراکز معاینه فنی در دو بخش منافع و هزینه‌های ناشی از احداث مراکز معاینه فنی خودرو معرفی شده و در ادامه هر یک از شاخص‌های منافع و هزینه‌ها برای سال پایه و افق طرح محاسبه می‌شود و مدلی دینامیکی بر اساس میزان تمایل به پرداخت دارندگان خودرو و قیمت تعادلی خدمات معاینه فنی برای سالهای 1388 تا سال 1398 پیشنهاد می گردد. در این روش برای برآورد میزان قیمت تعادلی خدمات معاینه فنی خودرو از منحنی تقاضای دارندگان خودرو استفاده می شود. In order to price every service, first, the profits and the expenses which that service has for the society and the service providers, should be considered and then the service price can be decided on. Regarding the transportation service improvement in every country, opening Vehicle Technical Examination Centers has some advantages as increasing vehicle safety, economizing on use of energy, and improving environmental conditions, and as a result it increases public sense of satisfaction. Having this taken into account ,these advantages need to be considered in compare with the expenses .Regarding the fact that the price of these services in the country is not suitable and technical examination services are not efficient enough in the society, in this article, first, effective indices of pricing in Technical Examination Centers is introduced in two parts involving profits and the expenses originating from opening Vehicle Technical Examination Centers, and following that, each index (profits and expenses)is calculated for the base year and the plan period ,and a dynamic model is suggested according to the tendency of the vehicle owners to pay and the balanced price of the technical examination services for the years of 1388 to 1398 .In this method, the curve of vehicle owners' request is used to estimate the amount of balanced price of the vehicle technical examination services . قیمت‌گذاری، مراکز معاینه فنی خودرو، شاخص هزینه و فایده.
