fa جستاری بر نظریه‌های حقوق شهروندی در معماری شهری ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">یکی از مولفه&shy;های مهم اجتماعی، سیاسی و حقوقی دولت مدرن در جهان معاصر، جایگاه و &laquo;حقوق شهروندان&raquo; است. در ادبیات سیاسی و حقوقی دولت مدرن در جهان معاصر، حقوق و امتیازات اتباع و شهروندان از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. نگاهی تاریخی به روند تحول و تطور حقوق شهروندی در جوامع بشری از دیرباز تاکنون سیر تحول این مفهوم را تا حدودی تبیین می نماید. از سوی دیگر، امروزه آگاهی شهروندان از حقوق مکتسبه از یک&shy;سو و آگاهی برنامه&shy;ریزان و معماران از حقوق شهروندان، از مولفه&shy;های تاثیرگذار بر فرآیند برنامه&shy;ریزی معماری شهری است که در این مقاله این موضوع مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش بنا به ماهیت تبیینی آن، روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش فراتحلیل است که به بررسی نظریات مربوط به حقوق شهروندی معطوف شده است. در پایان نیز جایگاه حقوق شهروندی در حقوق شهرسازی تبیین شده و نکاتی چند در این مورد بیان شده است.</p> <p>One of the important social, political and legal components of the modern state in the contemporary world is the status and &quot;rights of citizens&quot;.
