fa ارتباط جامعه، منافع و چهارچوب آن با حقوق شهروندی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">شهرنشینی پدیده&shy;ای است که از سده پیش مخصوصاً از دهه&shy;های پیش نقش تعیین کننده ای در سطح جامعه دارد. شهرنشینی با مناسبات و نظام خاصی ارتباط مستقیم دارد. برخی از این مناسبات، زاییده پدیده شهرنشینی و مهاجرت مردم به سوی شهرها و یا کلانشهرها هست. ساکنان شهر که شهروند خوانده می شوند واجد و یا طالب نوعی حقوق هستند که زندگی شهری را برای تسهیل کند. طبقه حاکمیت، (شهرداری) ضامن اجرا و تأمین این حقوق هستند. شهروندان نیز در قبال دولت و شهرداری ها مسئول هستند و برای تثبیت نظام شهرنشینی باید در تمام مناسبات اجتماعی مشارکت کنند و نوع مشارکت خود را بدانند. علاوه بر این، مردم از حقوق شهروندی خود باید اطلاع داشته باشند. تعهدات، حقوق شهروندی عواملی را که باعث تحقق حقوق شهروندی و اجرای عدالت در میان شهروندان می شود، بازشناسند. در این مقاله که به شکل پاسخنامه و روش پژوهش مصاحبه سامان یافته مبتنی بر پرسشنامه، از روش پیمایشی استفاده شده، سعی بر این بوده است که به برخی سؤالات درباره ارتباط جامعه، منافع و چهارچوب آن با حقوق شهروندی &nbsp;پاسخ داده شود.</p> <p><br> Urbanization is a phenomenon that has had a decisive role in society since the beginning of the decade. Urbanization has a direct relationship with a particular system and system.
