fa تبیین جامع مفهوم سرمایه فضایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">سرمایه فضایی مفهومی نسبتاً نوین در ادبیات مطالعات شهری و فضایی تلقی می‌شود که افکار پژوهشگران جامعه‌شناسی، شهرسازی، و جغرافیا درباره سرمایه و فضای شهری را به یکدیگر پیوند زده، و گرچه حدود دو دهه از شکل‌گیری این دانش‌واژه می‌گذرد، همچنان گسیختگی و ابهام زیادی در دامنه‌های مفهوم سرمایه فضایی وجود دارد. مقاله حاضر با هدف تبیین مفهوم سرمایه فضایی، از روش اسنادی برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده کرده است و با روش بازبینی سیستماتیک منابع، به تبارشناسی مفهوم سرمایه فضایی و تحلیل انتقادی آرای نظریه‌پردازان مهم تاثیرگذار بر شکل‌گیری این مفهوم پرداخته است. این مقاله برای پاسخ به سوال از چیستی این مفهوم و شاخصهای آن، به بازبینی دقیق تمامی منابع معتبر و به‌روز در حوزه سرمایه فضایی و تعاریف، شاخصها و معیارهای هر یک پرداخته است. با تحلیل این یافته‌ها، نقاط اشتراک و تفاوتهای تعاریف موجود شناسایی شده‌اند و چارچوب مفهومی سرمایه فضایی جهت شفاف‌سازی ارتباطات درونی این مفهوم ارائه شده است. مهمترین دستاورد پژوهش، ارائه چاچوب مفهومی و تعریفی جامع از سرمایه فضایی است که در آن ذخایر و جریانها، دو جنبه اصلی این مفهوم بوده و تبیین دو نوع سرمایه فضایی متصل‌کننده و محدود‌کننده، بسته به میزان شمول آن در رابطه با کنشگران صورت گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که در تبیین این دانش‌واژه، کلیدی‌ترین مفاهیم، مجاورت و فاصله بوده‌اند و گرهی بودن، دسترسی‌پذیری، تحرک‌پذیری، ارتباط‌پذیری و مهارت‌های فضایی کنشگران، عوامل موثر بر کاهش فاصله و افزایش مجاورت فضایی می‌باشند. این یافته‌ها، زمینه‌های شناخت فرآیندهای ایجاد، حفظ و ارتقا، یا تخریب سرمایه فضایی در نواحی شهری، و رابطه آن با تبادلات سایر انواع سرمایه را که موجب کارآمدی بیشتر عمل برنامه‌ریزی، طراحی، و مدیریت شهری می‌گردد فراهم میکنند.</p> <p>&ldquo;Spatial capital&rdquo; as a relatively new concept in urban studies has been employed by researchers in various fields such as urban geography, urban design, sociology and urban economy, in the last 2 decades. Unfortunately, most of this research is not highly interconnected, and there is still ambiguity around the concept and its criteria; which makes it hard to grasp and explain both in terms of its relationship to concrete spatial factors such as form, density, legibility, accessibility, land use, mobility, etc., and its exchange with other types of capital as well. This research aims to provide a conceptual framework and a comprehensive definition of spatial capital, through a systematic review of all the relevant literature. It explores the roots of this concept and analyzes the commonalities and differences between various relevant studies and their definitions of spatial capital. The findings of this research show that the core elements of spatial capital are proximity and distance, which are influenced by nodality, accessibility, mobility, connectivity, and spatial competence of the actors. This research defines spatial capital as the value-added of space which represents itself through the stocks of spatial capital, and the flows of spatial capital. The spatial capital could be bonding or bridging based on how inclusive it is in relation to spatial actors. This research provides a complex, open and loose framework that shows the role of various physical, spatial, social, economic factors in the form of an urban assemblage called spatial capital.
